If it's really good fine bittersweet dark chocolate and good oil of orange, then yum! But if it's that cheap junk in the form of the foil-wrapped milk chocolate shaped like an orange that they sell at the holidays, hard pass. Quality really matters with things like that.

Oooo, that is one of my all-time faves! Provided I get to make the Hollandaise because I don't trust restaurants anymore because they all seem to use something from a jar.
I especially like it with gravlax (smoked salmon) in place of canadian bacon, but fish for breakfast is one of my favorite treats that other people tend to find weird.
