IMO it would be okey as long as there is a big enough difference and that you gave credit to the original owner.

only tweaked by me to get it to functionality, the original is Hipster Hovel by XatDee, very original build if you look for something grungy & bohemian
here Hussa Fabri visiting it, she is a very thankful eater, totally hyped by some questionable meals like that fruitcake eg
in that picture she was all elated because she's eaten some pumpkin soup
& here a restaurant where i've rebuilt an old mansion by someone else
it's not really working but looking quite nicely, everybody is happy though the food delivery is rather sketchy

@catloverplayer It was Hell's Kitchen by Costa but I redesigned it to have the interior from the Dine Out trailer that I liked. Now it is called L'Amore Di Mangiare ...which is supposed to mean Love of Eating or something like that but Google translate probably butchered the Italian language so apologies in advance if it means something else lol.
One of my rotation families bought Chez Sul Sul. It's a cute restaurant, but as they started to make a profit from it I ended up giving it a slight makeover and changing the menu to a higher end southern European menu.

After my makeover:
I added a small outdoor area and made the interior a little more tasteful, but kept the yellow theme (which is the manager's favorite color, as you can see on her clothes). I just reached 5 stars with this restaurant!
Your screenshots look very nice. I think about buying this one and starting on TS4 again (currently playing TS3). What about bugs in this pack?

So glad you like it! I had it set to only cones for awhile and loved seeing all the townies with ice cream lol

Their not too bad. The worst is sometimes sims can't get waited on but that's usually cause something is blocking routing.
