I found out that the neighbourhoods are bigger than they looked lol, I looked around Magnolia Park and found that there are outdoor public toilets! I never knew that haha
I didn't know any of the things the OP commented were in the game, that's really cool! It's these small things that get me excited
I found out that your Sims can coach their Children on swimming and splash them, they basically can do any interaction but with more added lol
I found out that if your Sim finished High School with the A Grade they advance to level 3 in a Career they join.
I found out that Sims can play with Children on playgrounds and pretend to be monsters on the Ship.
I found out that Grim Reaper can be your employee.
I found out that watering plants with your tears takes a while lol
I found out that there are NPCs that have special interactions such as the Gym Trainer who can train your Sim and help them build up the Fitness Skill.
!?!? Gym trainers?? What! I did not even know they were in the game. How do you know who the gym trainer is?
When you put the cursor on them you can tell whether a Sim is an NPC or not, it will have their title under their name 'Gym Trainer' etc. and they go around the place and coach people in the Gym, it's really cool lol

You could sit on monkey bars and on the edges of the pools.
With pools you can actually do any social interaction you could outside of pools but they add pool related interactions too, they couldn't do this in The Sims 3.
Depending on how Ghosts die they have special features on them, like Ghosts that died by electrocution are sparky and Ghosts that died by drowning leave a trail of water.

Haha! The sadness hotline is pretty funny. I also didn’t know about the double bed scooting thing. WOW! That seriously changes everything for me when designing a room.
I never noticed that sometimes when Children play with toys, they accidentally hit themselves in the face.

I've noticed that emotions give you a special interaction for each Skill your Sims learn and at different levels.
I've noticed that some recipes and drinks are only unlocked from a specific career branch.

If your Sim has the Insane Trait they can talk to themselves and build up their Social Need lol

You only need 3 squares wide for a double bed now. You just need to leave half a square (Sim width) either side.
New recipes are available available with emotions (flirty heart cookies, high-energy meal etc).
Tired Sims sometimes fall asleep in the bath.
Oh, and @applefeather2 , I think you have to click on the side of the bed you want them to sleep on. For example if you want the sim to sleep on the side against the wall, you have to click on that side!

Ah, that might explain it, @olyanaesme. The wife kept getting out of bed when I clicked for the husband to get in. Ha, I likely told him to sleep on her side.
Did you know that aside from buying a lot, you can practically be a homeless person? lol all you'd have to do is live at Magnolia Park really.

I have learned that if all the computers or machines are occupied at work.. just click on it and choose your actions the sim occupying it will leave it .

Also if they're tense they can sometimes forget to remove their clothes before a relaxing bath!
In certain places in Oasis Springs if you look real close you can see wind blowing the sand around on the ground.
Yes, and also, if you go way up above your neighborhood in OS, you can actually hear the wind howling (it's eerie) and oftentimes you'll see tumbleweeds roll by.
Did you know that the Future Cube is a fun and useful little diversion for your Sims to play with? Ask it questions and it can instantly put your Sims into a desired mood, like Focused, Inspired, Confident, or Flirty. There's a small chance of backfiring on you though, where it will make your Sim sad or tense. They can carry it around in their pocket, too. It's found under Activities & Skills in the catalog.
Sims tone of voice change depending on mood, when they're uncomfortable, tense or angry they their voice gets deeper, when they're bored or sad their voices are quieter and you can hear them sigh. If they're flirty, you can hear a persuading tone in their voices etc.
Sims also walk different depending on their emotion, Sims that are uncomfortable, tense or angry often stomp everywhere they walk and slam fridge doors, also complain about small things more frequently. Sims who are sad walk around like they're mopey. When they need to pee, they press their legs together, when hungry they put their hand to their belly and sometimes point into their mouth, when tired they'll micro-sleep, when unhygienic they'll smell themselves and express that they are disgusted by their own smell.
Sims tend to eat near their closest friends or family members if they're in the same room. When a Child or Teen Sim is doing their homework, there is a good chance for a non-playing Sim to help them with homework, same with NPCs in Gym Venues helping your Sims increase their Fitness Skill.
Once reaching Lv10 of the Gardening Skill you can buy the Farmer's Seed Pack which contains a chance of getting ANY plant.

Well I just noticed u can't put foul fish in the fridge now. I also noticed that a sim can get a cup of coffee and a sandwhich from the snack machine and they can sit down with both.
