Question about mac update

Hi, I'm really excited about getting the sims 4 on the mac this month but I'm worried that my laptop won't hold up to the requirements for the game. I have a late 2014 13 inch macbook pro with intel iris graphics and a 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5 processor. Do you think that this will be enough? I saw that in the video card section they didn't mention intel iris... so is it not supported? I had terrible problems with the sims 3 and I really want the sims 4 (been a fan since sims 2!!) however, I am not willing to spend $60 on a game that won't function properly. Being such popular game you would think that they would accommodate to a variety of computer types..

Okay so there is the Origin game guarantee that allows you to play for 24hours or something and then if you can't play it when simply get a refund. I did this for SimCity, twice. Haha, after realizing that my Macbook could handle the game on higher graphics I enjoyed it and kept it.
