This is a Lounge I started today in Windenburg, I wanted to use the tables we were given in the last update, but I decided to use the wedding clear ones as they come in great colours and use a buffet table as well for parties.
Your modern lounge WIP looks very stylish! @luckyheather Very nice white color and the patterned windows are pretty, The pool around the edges is great!
Thanks very much @rosemow I thought I would use those amazing City living windows as I used the tall walls and that shiny wallcover from Spa Day is stunning and it doesnt require lights on it. Thanks for saying the pool looks great, I was tempted to make it a public pool but I stayed with the lounge idea I began with
I started this Library today, its large so it will have lots of skill objects inside. No windows chosen yet or wall cover but I will try not to use many packs.
As I have not done a Vets surgery in so long I cant remember, I have started this one and it landed up Eco, with a 2 bedroom flat above.
Sorry its a bit dull as rain just stopped.
Your Vet Clinic WIP is very nice! @luckyheather The eco style looks great! Very nice exterior design, and the wood walls give a very nice look and feel to the build. The water feature with the animals is sweet
Thank you @rosemow for saying the surgery looks great and that you like the little fountain is sweet You would not believe how many times I changed the windows I am relieved to hear it looks nice, thank you
I am doing a Little Campers Camping Shop, this is how its going so far. I like the building that much I might make it a home as well later on.
I see the top roof in the 2nd picture is not quite right so I will fix that now. I must admit to using a sims image to get the shape as roofing isnt so easy for me.
Little Campers Camping Shop is very nice ! @luckyheather The exterior design is great! The roofing is lovely and pretty flowerbox windows. Very nice wraparound porch. The outdoors displays of items to buy is great! It looks very nice the way you have mirrored the display of the tents and swings. The interior furnishing with items to buy is looking great
Thank you very much @rosemow I still have to make the garden nice and add displays for the small toys, I will carry on with it tomorrow thanks you for your encouraging words
I decided I should make an apartment block for Werewolves to live in the city together so I built this one in Brindleton bay and it will have at least 6 apartments in it. I used some images I have had for ages and I think I will do some of the inside like kitchens and bathrooms and leave the rest until I get the pack. I put harvest planters on the roof as it seems they like gardening. The windows might change but I think these base game one suit the build.
There are rooms for them to hangout together also do skills, I added a pool inside too and small gym.
Inspiration images sorry I did not know that were that big
Thank you @rosemow I think it will be great having Werewolves all in the same building, im thinking the best way to play it is to move a wolf in or family and get roomies to help with bills, shame we dont have apartments like sims 2 I liked how they worked. Thanks again
My intention was to build something that would melt into the environment. It seems that I was successful in some ways. In the pictures you can't really see what the basic construction of the building looks like.
I called it "Jardin de Arboreto" because a real arboretum (a botanical garden like place especially for trees) might look somehow like I made this building. Because of being also a residence lot there are some compromises. But I like the result, which once again surprised me myself.
Technically it's built on the empty 20x30 "Potters Splay" lot in the "Courtyard Lane" neighborhood of Willow Creek. It's CC free and completely playable as a residence lot. The original lot description says "With this large waterfront lot, your only limit is your imagination". Yeah, I guess that is true.
Hope you like it. Thanks for watching!
Bonxie: Great Skua, stercorarius skua. Meet me on Fair Isle.
Jardin de Arboreto is lovely! @Bonxie The exterior design, steps and layout are great! Very lovely trees, plants, greenery and pretty blossoms and flowerboxes! Very nice pool corners entry area.
My WIP is a cute Victorian styled home for a small family! I uploaded the shell alone to the gallery for easier managing and lot placement/customizations.

Rock Ridge Canyon is a very lovely Victorian family home! @xrainebowx_1st Very pretty exterior design, roofing and lovely pink colour! Very nice roof tower and the windows are very nice.
I have left my apartment block for now, today I created this build in Strangerville, it was going to be just a home but it grew so now it will become a little Nightclub as most is below. I was thinking of a Bands old Tour Bus so now they only play here in the basement. I added a HiFi as it is needed. Entry stairs behind bus bar. It has an owners home above and spare bedroom next to the Tunnel Entrance to Moonwood.
Thanks very much @rosemow I will carry on with the Nightclub soon, I have not decided on the outside yet maybe tables and a grill As Werewolves eat a lot I thing a fridge in the basement would be useful. Thanks for saying it looks great so far.
I'm still in the middle of a couple of residential lots for two of my sims, but am taking a short break to build something small and modern in Moonwood Mill:
