Tidying Up Announcements

Just to let you know that I am tidying up the Announcements to remove most of them from Recent Discussions and keep them stickied in their relevant category corners. If there are any Announcement threads that you feel should be moved back into Recent Discussions as they are super important, please let me know. I am trying to keep the number of Announcements cluttering up Recent Discussions to a minimum as I know there are have several complaints.
