Error: 196632.0?

I Just bought Sims4 Yesterday. Updated Origin, followed everything and Origin will not let me install the game. I have tried to install from the disk and i get it on and i need to update it and I get this Error. Install failed. I don't understand what i'm doing wrong.

So, today Origin asked me to update it.
I have been trying to all day and I keep getting an error message.

I've never gotten this before. I don't have any new virus/malware scanners and the one I have Origin is listed as a trusted site.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled Origin and even run as an administrator and the error still occurs.

Try right clicking the origin icon on your desktop, run as adminstrator and see if the issues remain.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I tried that option as well! I'll edit my post to state that

Is origin installed on the same drive that your sims 4 game is installed on? Are they both installed on the D Drive?
