PIC STORM-I always knew that Hidden springs was beautiful but I never knew how beautiful the ocean and mountains were until I played there last night...omg Simply Amazing
i know its ammmmmmmmmaaaaaaaaaazing one of my favourite towns your sims are super beautiful too i always make my sims swim in the water etc.
The houses are beautiful there too, even the starter homes!!!!
It is beautiful. And your pictures are great!
My only issue with Hidden Springs is it doesn't offer a lot of room for editing the town. But I currently have a game in that town. I didn't know you could do the IP activities in the water. That's great! Now my sims will have something new to do. Thanks!
@taraepiccool ....Thank-you & yes the starter homes are beautiful as well very cozy..
@WriterJunkie ...ty you're right it's not much room for editing that's the only problem However, you can use the IP activities there and I decided for the first time last night to try it out <been so into the other worlds> I'm glad I did ..wow just wow
@SIMplified ..ty..yes the water is breathtaking this is a great place for my writer and painter sims ..very quiet peaceful a great place to paint and write or read a good novel
@WriterJunkie...Great I love it {YAY} it's beautiful right? and so much fun ..love the pics  post more water pics if you have it ...let's enjoy the waves ....I use to play this world a lot before we could swim in the ocean and do all this fun stuff so I had no clue til now <late huh?>
Great pictures. Seeing your pictures made me reinstall hidden springs. I forgot that i had it lol. HS is one of my fav towns, it's so pretty, It reminds me of Lake Tahoe in Northern CA.
Nobody does it better, Steve Jobs you simply are the best RIP 10-5-11
Beautiful shots. Just last night, I was thinking of putting a couple of my sims from one of my other worlds into HS. But I was wondering if horses would work ok there. Are there too many mountains, tight spots or small lots? I recently bought HS in the bundle with MV, but haven't played it yet.

YES, YES ,YES I couldn't put my finger on it  that's what it reminds me of...Thank you..I live in California myself...<YAY> re-install and take some pics :P
Hidden Springs is a great town. I did do my own editing here and there. I have a Sim who lives there with her dog. I hadn't really played around with pets since it came out but I am finding Hidden Springs a gem for the IP activities and the pet activities. It fits in with my Sim's outdoor loving, gathering, loves to swim traits. :-o

Thank you for the pet info, brsy and SikoahGrace. The sim couple I have in mind have a horse now. She's an Equestrian and he has a LT Wish to find a unicorn. HS really does look lovely, and I've wanted to find the right family to move there. Brsy, you'd make a good real estate salesperson. I'm sold!
Yes, Hidden Springs is beautiful. I'm a country girl and lifelong lover of nature, so it's becoming one of my favorite worlds. I like the houses too. I've been working on editing Sunset Valley in CAW, and I've put several of the smaller houses from HS there, as well as the Redwood Heights Luxury Lodge, but I decided just enjoy the larger ones I like in HS itself. I wish it had more room for editing, but maybe that's not really too big of an issue. I've been thinking that some towns are just better for certain types of games that don't require all the lots from all the EPs.
I owned HS since it came out and I never played it.:/ I kept it uninstalled cause I heard there's an issue with the book of spells and HS.Does anyone know if that was fixed?
Aww I wish I could get Hidden Springs, it looks so cuutee
awwww ty what world do you play most??
@SikoahGrace- yes, sims with those traits would adore this world I would love to see what you done with it...
@IreneSwift...yes and this is is one of them and like you said it's really not much room for editing well major editing however it's quite cozy and yummy just like it is in the winter time it's awesome with the snow draping down the mountains and the fire burning from the chimneys in the log cabins  ...I purchased the world the same day it was released like I do with every world but for some reason I only looked at this as a great little getaway spot that I would use every now and then....but this couple traits fits perfect for this world writer and a painter both enjoy outdoors ect..a nice little cozy small town to know your neighbors and raise a family...and far as editing for this world I would just add more decor on the inside of lots/parks from other EP'S :P
@lanlyn..YW, hey didn't you know I'm running for mayor of HS?? I would love to see pics from everyone ...omg geeesh I'm acting as if HS just came out today I'm just so amazed how I didn't see this before or maybe I'm just kinda tired of the other worlds for now Idk whatever it is I'm loving every inch of it..

Hi, Idk anything about that so I'm not sure hmm "the book of spells" I can check it out tho..Maybe someone may post an answer sooner ...I hope it is ok now because you are missing on a nice little gem and the funny part about it....it's not a BIG W-H-O-O-P ti doo world the calmness and cozy feel you get with this world says speaks volumes..

I played in another world today, but as soon as I get that couple successfully moved to Hidden Springs, I'll post a picture.
I think revisiting older worlds is a good idea. We see them with fresh eyes and also can bring in new items from later worlds/expansions/packs. The world I played today is Barnacle Bay, another oldie. But my plan is to put dive lots in it and play there instead of Isla Paradiso. IP is a little laggy for me for a live-in world. But I use nraas traveler mod to let my families visit there.

This may be obvious to some but you can use the IP water activities anywhere in any town.

I don't think you can do IP activities in Moonlight Falls and... there's another town I can't think of. Unless they fixed that with a patch.
yes , for some reason I was stuck in IP .BB , ST AND LP I never used it for HS until then and that's when I fell in love
awwwww...enjoy the tranquility <put ya sim on the windsurfer> ...thanks
