How do you describe your building style, generally?: I like to experiment with all architectural styles, but I'm especially fond of structures that seem reclaimed or built-on-to. I absolutely must landscape - and I favour a more 'realistic' look to my landscapes.

How do you describe your building style, generally?: My studio is all over the place, I participated in several build contest so some of the lots are odd ideas. In general, I try to build pared down lots that do not use a lot of items or MOO because I try to keep game performance in mind when I build. Most of them are fully furnished but I try to always leave space for personalization/expansion.

How do you describe your building style, generally?: Eclectic I'm not bound by architectural styles. Most of my builds have little to no clutter and limited decor. But I do enjoy using plants a lot.

Anything else you'd like us to know? I don't have a large amount of lots uploaded yet. I have tried to make several of them 20x30 so they will fit into worlds nicely. Being put on a larger plot would simply allow the garden areas to be expanded. Feel free to edit my lots. They are built with the expectation that they will be altered.
*Skill levels: Beginner to intermediate. I know and have used some of the cheats, like CFE and MOO. I have used spawners and fog emitters. I would say I'm closer to intermediate but then I see lots that have been made by other intermediate builders and my lots don't seem quite as fancy.
This is my first share to the Swap Shoppe. Nothing fancy. I thought someone might could use Walls Book and Bath set up on a 20x20 lot. There is parking out back, a picnic table, an all-in-one toilet and a trash bin. If there are issues, please let me know.
A way to interact with other simmers and share my own creations! This will spur me into finishing some of the lots I have been carrying to all worlds I try/use as WIPs... Great!

You hae my permission to use any lot, any sim, any pet, any household and all of my other creations as wanted with credit to me - and do please let me know so I can watch for and download what you create using my creations!
My residential lots usually are done using a real floorplan converted into sim-space. I like to color-coordinate the house exterior, pool/other outside items and interiors. I also like to choose furnishings that are era-specific to the type of house it is, i.e. Victorian, mansion, beach bungalow, modern, classical style, etc.
I also volunteer to build lots - Residential lots from original floor plans, Commercial as requested - or create any pattern, Sim, household, pet or other anyone might want for their worlds.

Make a new post though, I'm not that good about back tracking or remembering who I've added/not added based on form usage/neglect. I'll add a quick note to the first post about it too for others.
Some of you gave me more that two pictures to show in your post, I'm trying to keep each persons pics down to only two to conserve space, so if you check yours out and you'd rather that I use different pics, just lemme know.
I'm fairly new to creating a world and my first one was done a month ago called 'Silver Mountain'. Am in the process of creating a second world, 'Silver Peaks'. While I'm using some of the houses I would like a variety. If any have houses to share especially those on small lots like 10x10 and 10x15, those would be appreciated. Prefer to one use CC free items. Families would be great to help get the population going esp any with Supernatural, mermaids and other none human Sims or even a mixture of these types of Sims.
Please feel free to browse my studio and use any Sim, household or lot for your towns as well. All I ask is that you recommend them and let me know where my Sims are living (am kind of like a mother hen when I let them go and like to know where they are). Silver, check my studio, I made several tiny lot houses for my world Ghin's Crossing, I'm pretty sure I uploaded just about every house I made.

Elmawa: Thanks for your reply and I'll check out your lots. I'm thinking of creating an adventure type world that includes some WA tombs. Was wondering if the WA tombs in buydebug will work if you place them in a different world or only as long as they are part of their intended WA worlds? Will look again in buydebug for the regular consignment register. I thought it was there, too but couldn't find it but must have missed it in my scrolling.
Another question: I made a festival park but it didn't change over with the new season. What do I need to make it do so on it's own. I did label the lot as Festival Grounds.

As I do love user created worlds, I wouldn't mind at all if anyone found something I made useful.
I'm certainly not a master builder, and usually only upload work that I want to save for my own use because it may have taken quite a while and I will want to use it again.
I try to keep my banked builds light in store content, in case I download it back into a launcher that may not contain the items.
I don't have mods, + the only CC I've ever had are 3 plants, and try not to use them in banked work.
I could probably manage to copy and paste the form to fill in, but could not post links and pictures, so don't know if that would help you.
I wouldn't mind anyone using my work.
As regards my Sims, mostly I concentrate on a line up of 'main dolls' that I update, but make many households just to use as townies, and try to keep the perks and skills at a medium level so as not to put strain on my played worlds.
Any or all of my studio is open to all of you wonderful world builders if you can find something you want.
I don't use CAP myself, and use some of it from our well known and trusted creators. I try to be careful, and if I've used something, state which and what it is, giving credit to the creator.

I'm certainly not a master builder, and usually only upload work that I want to save for my own use because it may have taken quite a while and I will want to use it again.
I try to keep my banked builds light in store content, in case I download it back into a launcher that may not contain the items.
I don't have mods, + the only CC I've ever had are 3 plants, and try not to use them in banked work.
I could probably manage to copy and paste the form to fill in, but could not post links and pictures, so don't know if that would help you.
I wouldn't mind anyone using my work.
As regards my Sims, mostly I concentrate on a line up of 'main dolls' that I update, but make many households just to use as townies, and try to keep the perks and skills at a medium level so as not to put strain on my played worlds.
Any or all of my studio is open to all of you wonderful world builders if you can find something you want.
I don't use CAP myself, and use some of it from our well known and trusted creators. I try to be careful, and if I've used something, state which and what it is, giving credit to the creator.

How do you describe your building style, generally?: Anything, really. I work out of my own head, floor plans from real life houses, and calender photos of cottages. For community buildings, I devise things that would look good on a main street.
