I had lost my manual for The sims 2... I went to EA and they helped me! They gave me a new code, and when one didnt work, they gave me a new one and helped me to get double deluxe installed. Thank you EA!!!
I know they get a bad rep and I understand why. I have read the horror stories. I am lucky enough to have never had any of those issues, so I actually like EA. I work in retail related business and we have a saying that 99% of the people with bad experiences will tell everyone, but only 1% of the people with good experiences will tell anyone. Nice to hear your good story.
