wild horses stuck in the dog park

I am playing the town in pets and in the dog park sims are getting stuck in the ground including 3 wild horses. I have been able to move the sims with the resetsim command, but that is not working with the horses and they are neighing and scared. My sim even got stuck once in that area. I don't know why they are getting stuck? Glitch? Is there another command for the animals that don't have names? Should I remove the park and replace it? Any help is appreciated as I am pretty new in the Sim world and still learning my way around. I love it, glitches and all!
I have the Sims 3 game, Supernatural and Pets expansion right now and will be putting in world adventures later today.

I don't know anything about mods. I did look at the site, and am still not sure how they would help me. I would think that EA would have a way of taking care of their own glitches and not have to rely on someone else to do it for them. Is there no other way? There are several other screwy things going on in the town, the consignment guy wont let me consign stuff either or buy items. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks that worked! Horses saved. Also, found out how to cancel my previous consignments that had not sold, and that allowed me to put new ones up for sale.
