Idea for a New Town

I was thinking since we now have aliens and abductions, we could have a Roswell style town with a military/science facility rabbithole like Area 51 and some southwest styles.

I bet you could make this in CAW! In fact, have you checked out the CAW forum?

In fact, I just google searched 'sims 3 area 51' and had lots of results and at least 3 on the exchange.
