Its bad CC. I'm not exactly sure what one causes this, but here is a list of known bad CC items.

Thanks! I will try to hunt it down, but I don't have any CC for babies. Or can CC for any sim affect the baby?

The problem with the bad CC items in the link is the creators categorized them for all ages and genders of sims. This causes a lot of problems and can corrupt the game. Any item on that list could have caused the issue. Bad CC is just tricky like that.

There is a tool you can use to test the sims3pack files to see if they are corrupt.

Wanted to let you know that the baby is fine now!
It WAS the CC, I downloaded some premade sims that came with CC so I got rid of them along with the cc they came with, and one of them was on the list of bad CC. Thanks for all your help!
