Patch 1.36 Issue

I have re-downloaded all my games three times since last week. The lst time after the patch i couldn't download from the store. The second and third times my launcher will not even work. This is after completing reinstalling all my games through origin. I just want to play the Sims again, with my store stuff. Has this happens to anyone else? Some help?
