For those with empty libraries, and (need to repurchase) messages, unfortunately you will likely need to log out, then back in to refresh the library and your purchases. This will chance you getting locked out.
I was locked out for about 3 minutes, but I got back in. For the update I was locked out for over an hour. So far everything is working ok for me today. The pack is downloading.
It seems people are finally getting logged in (fewer complaints of being locked out), but are dealing with missing games and game crashing after a few minutes of gameplay. Broken mods may be causing some problems now.
Go to where the game is listed on screen, if you are setup for auto update a circled ticker with percentage will startup in lower left side of screen. And your game screen with the start button will show "updating" message. If you're not setup for auto update, I don't know how to help yet, i'm still locked out of my EA app.
To repair the game, right click on the game picture icon. Choose "repair" from the drop down menu. .... a) Click on "my game library" .... b) Choose game (pic) you want to repair. .... c) Right click on that pic, choose "repair" from menu list.
I'll have to agree with what was said by a few others. Werewolves look like sims in costumes. They look a bit weird. Too much like a human, and not enough like a werewolf/dog. I don't know. I just think they look off.
