When your Sim is notified that a Sim they knew had perished, and your Sim witnessed that death because it happened on their lot, right in front of their eyes!
The one that always gets me is when they are dead tired and go to bed, then get up and pass out on the floor. Like you got out of bed to just pass out??? LOL

Yes, that is one I have experienced more than a few times. It's like, say what? But, you were IN bed already. Oi! Such silly Sims.
I noticed recently that when my sim has super full bladder, they might go to a sink to get a glass of water instead of going to the bathroom next door... Then they might wander into another room with their glass, drinking a bit and hysterically complain over full bladder. Silly things!!!
When my vampire deliberately kills someone, then gets a notification about the death, then mourns for 2 days even though he did it. On Purpose.
Gee, all my Sims did was invite this teen girl Sim to their house after school. It was totally unintentional that the doors were all locked and nobody (including this player) remembered to unlock them. Seriously, it was unexpected and quite the tragedy, no pun intended.

Yes, what is it with all of the drinking water needs going on? Seriously, do our Sims now have Diabetes? It's funny to watch them complain about that all but bursting bladder, but equally frustrating when it's a visiting Sim you can't control. I can't begin to tell you how many awards I have received for the Epic Bladder Fail when there is more than four toilets on the lot … Silly Sims, indeed.
My sims have finally gotten over their obsession with drinking water with the help of mods, but now they have all decided that it's terribly fun to go wash their hands every two hours or so. Like, what are they doing that gets them so dirty all the time? Silly sims.
Student Sim is sitting at her desk in a Uni dorm room with homework in front of her. Okay, cool, now do your homework.
"Nah, I don't like this desk."
Sim stands up, grabs homework and walks over to another dorm room, throws down the homework on a desk in there and sits down. I click on her desk chair and tell her to sit there. Sim gets up and does as asked. Now, do your homework.
"Nah, I told you, I don't like this desk."
Repeat ad infinitum until I finally wise up and... "click."
"Hey!! Why'd you lock my dorm room door to everyone? What if I have to pee?"
Tough noogies, get to work and maybe, just maybe you'll get it done before you get to that point. Cross your legs.
"Meanie!"
Careful now, I made you, I can take you out too. Capeesh?
Sim has low hygeine
Queues up shower
Sims turns filthy, music sting plays
Sim cancels actions
Sim foes and does something else or chooses a different shower with someone in the bathroom
NPC Sim - Awww what's wrong? You seem very sad today? 🤔
My Sim - Appreciate Object Day was the worst I didn't get to do any of the traditions I wanted to do like: appreciating objects. 😭
NPC Sim - I know that feel bro. 😔
I wanted my Sim, Erik Cantrell (who was my singer Sim in Sims3) to be abducted. And while the aliens did tend to swing by his place a lot, it was always his Bot they took. Face/palm. So, I get where you're coming from.
Drops Garbage on the floor
Sim who did it - points and complains about someone leaving garbage on the floor. 🙄
Yes! That's great and so very silly of them, don't you think? It's like a child in RL crying out, "I didn't do it" when you witnessed the deed yourself.

I keep forgetting to delete Vlad so he doesn't bother my sims. I was playing with a sim in Sulani and her house had an entrance that was just an archway so I couldn't lock it. The first night I put up garlic which kept him out, but the next night I had taken it down (cuz it's ugly garlic) and forgot to put it back up. He came into my house, hypnotized me, but then my sim sat down and had a conversation with him and asked him to leave and he left. It was extra funny because he had to swim to my sim's lot, so he was wearing a tiny speedo during this entire dumb interaction.

Oh, that sounds so funny! I would likely fall out of my desk chair laughing were that to happen in my game. (Note to Self: Never ever dress a Sim in a Speedo. ) Very few can make it look good.
Had yet another face/palm moment in my game today. My teenage Dream Boat of a Rock Star is finally at the pinnacle of his success. He placed his tile after school. A nice crowd, including his family and girlfriend were all there to take part in his big moment. Then his father thought it would be special to take the family out to dine to further mark the Event. Off to Chez Llama they go, looking just spiffy in their formal wear.
They are shown to a table for eight, which is how large their party was. Shortly thereafter, Joseph decides to place their order. Sadly, the only time the waiters bothered to come near them was to hear (or should I say eavesdrop) while Erik was serenading his sweetheart. The family waited. And they waited. And they waited some more. Finally, Erik decided to order some City Cheesecake, which of course was too small to serve all of them, but he knew his baby brother was getting Hangry. For an eight-year-old the kid could sure pack it away. I decide to cheat up everybody's needs at this moment in time. But, oddly enough when I clicked on the table there was no tab to pay. I shrugged and decided to send the family home. Homework had not been done prior to the Tile Placement Ceremony. (In my mind it wasn't going to take that long. Silly me.) As they are leaving I get a pop-up advising me that the wait staff will be there shortly to take their order, was I sure I wanted to leave? I glance at the time in the game. It's 4:25 AM. Yeah, I'm quite certain if I don't send them home, the kids will all miss school and the Dad, who happens to be a teacher will miss school, too.
Had a facepalm moment yesterday in my game, so my sim had just finished eating a meal they made and instead of washing the dishes in the sink directly behind them, they walk all the way across the house to their bedroom bathroom to wash the dishes. And then previous to that incident, I built the house with a kids room but had to remove the doorway and make it back into a wall for now (since there is no child at the moment) because my sims would wake up in the middle of the night with a nearly leaking bladder, and run across the house past their bathroom to use the kids bathroom... WHY??? But nonetheless, what are you gonna do with the silly sims... lol

Yes my sims are FOREVER washing dishes in the bathroom sink completely bypassing the kitchen sink.

Mine have started that again recently, too. Just when I thought they'd stopped it. Ah, me.
My Sim had invited his girlfriend over, and made her lobster thermidor. She ends up getting an uncomfortable moodlet. It turned out she had the "Child of the Island" trait, and can't eat fish. Based off a pescatarian culture. CAN'T. EAT. FISH. Seriously, do they have a room full of monkeys on typewriters writing this game?

Hm, wondering if that makes me a Child of the Island, too? I can eat fish, but I really don't like it much. Has you Sim asked if she's a mermaid? And what a heck of a time for him to learn this about her. Maybe he should have used the Get to Know interaction, sooner.
It was my fault really, I wanted to have a big party, I threw it at the Castle. Had the Queen host, Invited all the Nobles, The Knights, the Mages, it went along well... most of the guests were gathered in the Throne Room, and Feast Hall, everyone had food and drink dancing eating socializing, and then I realized, a certain Evil, Mischievous spellcaster was missing, and I know she arrived, and I locked the main gate, after everyone entered the castle.
Just before I started to frantically search for her, I get the Notification that there is a Fire.
So the King, Queen and Knight the Mage, and I head up to the East Wing Mage's Study in the tower, where she was and the Fire. I have the Mage cast Frost on the Fire, I end the Party everyone leaves. Next Morning I have the King and Queen Summon the Mage into the Throne room, where I influence the King to decide what to do, The Mage invited the Witch so was made responsible.
I'm sitting there like "Is this why King Stephan didn't invite Maleficent to Aurora's Christening? Was she too lit for the party?"

When I get notifications from sims I don't even know saying "hey I heard you became friends with your son. Good job" 😑
Or when I try so hard to adjust the position of my sims to face eachother when they dance, but they walk away, turn around, then start dancing.
There are many more moments I just can't recall them now.

LOL, talk about being totally distracted that you don't even notice (not really, anyway) the Sim knocking at your front door.
Actually, that shows the ex-is still a friend and wants only the best for their past flame.
