When I downloaded City Living and started it up my mods were turned off, I turned them on and restarted but now a lot of my neighbours / NPC's are naked and bald. They must have been the ones generated to wear CC clothes / hair. Is there a way I can force a clothes allocation to these sims now?

How MUCH have you played? If you JUST restarted, it might be a better idea to put back your CC first (it IS updated or verified for post patch, right?), and roll back to the previous save version. You'll lose a little time, but they should have their items, still.

The trick to checking out a game save after a patch has forced disabling of mods is to EXIT WITHOUT SAVING after you've loaded it up. But it's an easy mistake to make, we're all hard coded to Save NAO.
