Dear EA,
I was playing on the sims 4 for the past few days working on a house for my friend. Yesterday I saved and exited out of the game. I came back today and found that none of my work had saved. I had been working on that house for a total of around 24 hours, so you could imagine that I would be mad. I am very disappointed, and I hope you can fix this problem. Please give me any advice, if you can, on how to get my house back.
