Interesting thought I also have when playing the sims 2 and the sims 3: I never feel like there are enough personality types. I mean, I like the variables you can get by mixing up the numbers in the sims 2 (which was amazing to me considering I came to the sims 2 with the mindset of sims 3 where there are so many traits), but even then I often wanted a sim to be mean/nice in a specific way (even now I think the emotions in the sims 2 are the toughest- It really made me hate those evil characters I made, and feel for the nice ones and sometimes viceversa)- and in the sims 3, everytime I think about waiting for a sale for a new expansion I keep going back to wanting more traits, even more than looking at the new worlds, actions or objects x_x
The way this is going, I will probably end up buying another expansion very soon despite my desire to save money orz
