recently when i came home from school on friday I got my computer and turned on the sims 3. When I got to the start page it said my video card was not recongized and they would have to reduce my settings which confused me. I have had my computer over a year and have been playing the sims 3 game without any problems. Now when I play my game it is running too slow and the game won't let me change my screen size. there are now only three options for screen size. please help me I have been looking all over the internet for solutions and I even tried factory reset but I still end up with the same results.
