Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me since i cant start a thread... Ive been playing my sims 4 game for months now and i havent had any sound what so ever in the game (since i downloaded it) not even when it starts up. I went into the files and in the music file there is nothing in it, its literally empty. Is there a way to fix this ? Restarting the game does nothing since ive restarted it thousands of times. When I right click on the game to try to click the repair button, its not able to be clicked on. Im guessing that means it technically doesnt need to be repaired but i havent had sound in the game since i downloaded it. When i play in on my xbox i have full sound but on my laptop i have no sound. how can i fix this if there is a way without losing any progress in my games. i have so many build and a few different families that i dont want to lose and have to start back all over. Somebody please help me.
