Though I miss having a pattern so I knew when to expect a new pack  I honestly prefer no pattern so the devs don't feel the pressure of HAVING to make something before a certain date and it be done halfway plummed out. Fun Fact: It took 2/half to 3 years for The Sims 3's first 5 expansion packs to be released and…
FINALLY! Now i don't feel so in the dark. A little dissapointed yes, but at least there will be a patch that should bring a few new gameplay quirks or tweaks which is fine. I'm just happy we finally know what to expect this month
In both 3 and 4 I use the existing categories the traits are in and give them at least on of each. Then in 3, their 5th was whatever, and with 4 I look at the aspiration trait and see which category it would fit in best and give sims at least one from the other categories. For both games I base what traits I give them,…
I woulnd't mind if the sub-hoods had a different selection screen but yeah the main world icons should be smaller. For those who like the animations when you hover over them (I like them too) they should make it where the world icon by itself become bigger when the player highlights it, but otherwise they should make them…
I'm always playing the forums and searching the web for the next game pack sale. My interest in this game varies and my peaks don't always correlate with the sales :disappointed:
Update: So it appears both lots have been removed for who know's what and why? I'll reupload them soon, and hope that this doesn't happen again :unamused: Stay Tuned!
Pictures were taken in Barnacle Bay Here is the location in world: Here is also the link to the Port from the pics: http://www.thesims3.com/assetDetail.html?assetId=8848141
Just a BTW, my computer runs the game on high setting fantastic execpt for the stutter caused by speed 3 which apparently is normal for ts3. I'm just curious for those with good comps as well, how long it take for them a save to become playable (code 12, terrible lag). This has always been my biggest question because i…
Another thing, what are you guys definition of unbearable lag or just any lag in general. It means different things to different people. To me lag would be the framerate slowing to a crawl or speed 3 still taking one minute to get through one sim hour
I've never bothered with isla paridiso, that was not worth trying to fix that world for me personally. I love using Barnacle Bay or Sunlit Tides for Island Paradise stuff (I've actually created a huge resort-houseboat i plan too upload soon  ) My loading times arne't bad, well not bad for ts3. btw does anyone…
Thanks for all the likes and awesomes everybody! Ha This whole thread was made just so I could become a member  I don't care at all about those insignificant newbies  mwahahahahahahahahahah ttrololololololololololololololol (secretly jk-ing off elsewhere :smirk: )
Awesome hearing you guy's experiences. My game is on high settings with the only lag coming from an occasional overwatch check, or story progression push. My current favorite save is 11 weeks in, with hardly any more issues than a brand new save. And this was the same save from my old comp that would code 12 on me after 30…
That must be a glitch, because that's not how it is supposed to work. I've saved played houses with roofs up and gone to neighborhood view and the insides still show. Saved unplayed houses while building with roofs down, and they don't show the interior.
@igazor Thanks for the link, i've actually used it myselt to improve my game. And yes I forgot to mention mods as well. I know eventually the saves will basically implode, I just want to know about how many in game weeks people can go before mainly error 12 becomes a problem. Edit: I've spent so many hours making the game…
I didn't like how if sims invited a family friend to a party they wouldn't show up if they wern't friends with who was making the call. That was one of my favorite things they fixed in ts3
