• It's been deleted. I rarely keep houses I download. I just like to see how they were built to improve my own building skills. I don't even use premium content(Because I rarely actually play, I mostly just build.)

• You don't have to upload/download it to use it yourself. You can copy/paste it out of your exports folder in the electronic arts folder.
