I am having the same problem with this and the same error message comes up even if I try to change the compatibility settings? I don't really want to update my BIOS as it sounds risky. Is this the only way to fix it? It worked fine on my other computer (also windows 10)

On the sims I normally have them listen to beach party pop or geek rock unless my sim is pregnant and in trying to have multiple births Basically every sim house has a stereo but I used headphones so people don't think I'm weird blaring out music in simmilish
