Here's a bakery I've been working on in get to work. Here's the link if anyone wants to download it http://www.thesims.com/gallery/5472F28ADCB811E48FEAB0D859B2D240
Wait a few years or months and wait for the prices to drop. Most of the expansion packs I got for the sims 3 were under 10 bucks by the time I got them. I'd say most of them weren't worth more 15 dollars anyway.
Your mac will shut down if it starts to get too hot, so it's not going to damage the computer. Your mac shouldn't overheat if your fans are working properly and if there isn't too much dust in your fans.
Ok, after changing some settings it seems like trying to play full screen with a retina mac on high settings isn't going to work well for me. When I play in windowed mode I can play on ultra settings just like in bootcamp with no lag. I play windowed mode with only the menu bar and gray bar taking up part of the screen.…
Is it normal for my whole computer to slow down and lag while playing in full screen mode? When I play in windowed mode my computer doesn't lag. I don't know if it's normal since I don't normally play games on my mac side. I didn't have that problem in bootcamp. My specs Model: late 2013 15-inch retina macbook pro…
@skewedreality04 did you turn off the retina display setting or just reduce the graphics settings? When I have the retina display setting on my game runs like crap. When I turn it off it runs almost as well as it does in bootcamp.
On my computer it's slower on mac. Way slower. If you've got a retina display turn off that setting in the game, and it will run faster but not as well as on bootcamp.
Some of my CAS CC works but not all of it. I think it's mostly the script mods that might be causing the crashing. You'll probably have to go through the mods you really want and add them in one by one and then start the game to see if it causes crashing. It will take a while, but I can't really pinpoint exactly which mods…
Toddlers are definitely coming, but who knows when. They were supposed to be included in the base game but they weren't finished, so they didn't include them. Same with pools.
I don't see the point in preordering this early. If I ever do see gameplay before the release and like what I see, then I might preorder it. Other than that I'll be waiting until it's released.
They'll probably patch them in for free along with some related expansion pack. So if there is ever a Sims 4 generations expansion pack, toddlers will probably still be there for people who didn't buy the EP. I really doubt they'd make us pay for something that should have been in the base game. They know they'll get a lot…
Yes, you'll only have to buy the base game and game packs once, and they will work on both mac and PC. Everything will be there for mac. Here's a source: http://simsvip.com/2015/01/22/the-sims-4-on-mac-outdoor-retreat-future-content/
I'd say anything with a dedicated graphics card. I have a 15" retina macbook with a GT 750M graphics card, and I can play sims 4 on ultra settings with no lag in bootcamp. The graphics card wasn't exactly made for gaming, but it works well. Also, I obviously didn't get my mac just for gaming, but I'm not going to buy a…
