  • For me it's Horse Ranch and it's the only Expansion Pack that I don't own. I don't really like horses so the idea of paying full price for a pack where they make up the major component doesn't really appeal to me. I may buy it at some point in the future if the price is right but not until I've had my computer upgraded.
  • This is purely personal but I don't particularly want to see any more US based worlds... the amount currently in the game makes me long even more for the days of The Sims 2 when you could customise your worlds to better fit your own stories. I don't even mind that there's no open worlds, I just want a bit more variety. I…
  • Like someone else in this thread, I didn't until I got the Adeepindigo Dental Care mod. Mods like that are some of my favourites because they add a touch of realism to the game.
  • A couple of my friends play The Sims and many of the people I know have played it in the past so they at least have an understanding of what I'm talking about when I refer to it.
  • I got the the message on Thursday telling me to install the new EA App and since then I've not been able to launch my game at all.
  • I would like to see larger worlds with the opportunity to fully customise all the set dressings so that we can create according to our own vision. I think it'd also be nice to be able to tailor the seasons more according to the world. I'd like to be able to create a beach resort based in somewhere like Australia that has a…
  • I would love to see more music from classic legendary artists such as The Beatles, Neil Diamond, Michael Jackson and my own personal favourites Queen, Elton John and Meat Loaf.
  • Honestly, I would like to see more for men in general. I want normal clothes and hair options that won't look out of place on an ordinary guy. I want to be able to decorate a home for my families with BB items that aren't overly girly or cutesy and I want a greater range of careers. I've had to use the part-time job option…
  • The deaths are caused by the Healthcare Redux but thankfully the latest versions of the mod have been set up by the creator so you can remove the features that you don't want providing it's not part of the core. You just need to remove that particular file from your mods folder. If you like the idea of having the…
  • I have always wanted to be able to create diverse worlds in my game that reflect the very diverse world we live in but I think where efforts have been made, there is a lot of room for improvement and I feel that other aspects of creating a diverse world have been rather neglected. There is very little CAS that is simple…
  • As much as I like to see new content, I tend to feel that it's a bit of a waste of time if it's unplayable because of all the bugs that exist within the game. For me, an ideal would be for them to properly test new content before releasing it whilst a separate team works on fixing the other bugs within the game.
  • The Sims 1: Pros: It felt new and exciting to me to be able to play a nice slow game as opposed to the sports/fighting type games that you could usually buy. Cons: Lack of CAS options made Sims look very similar. The Sims 2: Pros: Without a doubt, this was my favourite version of The Sims and I wish I could still play it.…
  • That would have been such a cool addition to the Parenthood pack!
  • When I first started playing The Sims 4, which was a couple of years after it was released, I used to buy several packs at once but now that I have most of the packs I want, I tend to buy the new releases that interest me individually.
  • It's nothing like my British Secondary School experience in the late 90's! Most British schools had uniforms and mine had a very strict dress code so there was no real way for students to style themselves in a manner that expressed their individuality. We had a couple of after school clubs such as the rugby and netball…
  • Although I like the gameplay of The Sims 3, that long loading screen at the start, the plastic looking clothes and the pudding-faced look of the sims has prevented me from calling that version my favourite whereas in my opinion, the Sims 4 has better looking sims and more outfit customisation options but has a more limited…
  • I prefer to create my own characters and stories and am not really interested in the stories of the premade characters so a series wouldn't have much appeal for me.
  • I picked The Sims 2 because I vaguely remember there being a bigger selection of more ordinary clothes rather than the 'fashion' that makes up the bulk of The Sims 4 wardrobe. Sometimes I just want an ordinary outfit for my middle aged sims to wear around the house. Create a Style was a nice feature of The Sims 3 but I…
  • Henford on Bagley is my favourite as it feels the most homely to me. It reminds me of a nice little Costwold-y type village and given that I don't live all that far away from the Cotswolds, it's where I prefer to base most of my families. I quite like Windenburg and I tend to use Sulani and Tartosa as holiday (vacation)…
  • I tend to browse TSR every so often and just download anything that catches my eye. Usually it's male clothes as I find that most of the game's options are rather lacking but I also download a fair bit of Build and Buy stuff to improve the look of my homes.
  • I wouldn't say that my morale is low as it's going to take more than a computer game to have that effect on me but I have been continuously disappointed with the content that The Sims team have been putting out lately. Not only have the recent kits had rather limited appeal for me in terms of the appearance of the items…
  • Generally speaking, I am neutral to kits. I have a few that appealed but then there has been a couple of others that I've not cared for and consequently have not purchased but I think they serve a purpose for the consols players and those that prefer not to use CC. That saying though, I think that there have been too many…
  • I tend to play with a mix of alpha and maxis match content so that it is enough to bring a little bit more realism but not too much so that it loses that sims feel and I think it's something I would like to see continue into Sims 5.
  • I've played both TS3 and TS4 recentely and the CAS differences like this are one of the things that frustrate me the most. If I want to create a person of an average build, I feel that the body shape is more realistic in TS3 however those pudding faces are something that I find really offputting.
  • Just recentely I've taken to removing annoying lifestlyes with a cheat as it got rather annoying that one of my sims who enjoys keeping fit and going for a jog with his dog can't also sit and write a book without being tense or bored because he has the 'loves outdoors' and 'energetic. lifestyles. For some reason, I never…
  • I'm not against the idea of men wearing skirts and already have a few men in game that have wear skirts but this kit really is not the sort of thing I had in mind when I was hoping for more content for male sims. I was hoping for more clothing for my more traditional male sims... classic jeans, perhaps some ordinary…
  • I tend to choose beds based on how they look rather than based on the scores and if my sims wake up too early, I'll tell them to go back to sleep. I vaguely remembered seeing a mod that was supposed to keep sims asleep all night but can't remember exactly where I saw it to give it a try.
  • For me it has to be TS2. It's the soundtrack that just seems to stick in my head. I would really have to stop and thing about what the others sounded like.
  • The one I wouldn't play the game without is MCCommandCentre.
  • Scenarios aren't really my cup of tea and I can't see myself getting any use out of that feature in the game but it's nice for those that want that kind of thing. I've never played any of the challenges or stories either in all of my years of playing The Sims but the freedom to do that is one of the things that I like so…
