I also noticed that when I play on Legacy Island III, there is a lack of stars in the game world. I could be mistaken but I have yet to meet a Sim who has at least one star on his name. That could be a problem for my Sim in his star notebook because it would state "No stars met". :*
But as I am a completionist, I have to create spawners for ITF spawners, right? I really don't like to travel in-between worlds except for doing the WA adventures. So is there any other worlds which offer everything in the game? Or is there any other world which also offers WA adventures? However I think the latter is…
For example, when you complete 1 or more photo collection, travel and return back to your home town, the counter gets reset. Granted, in my latest test, I completed 1 photo collection (Architectural & Buildings Collection I think) in France and when I traveled back, the counter reset to 0. Some users have reported that to…
Does the Nraas Traveler mod fix the collection percentage of fireflies and seashells when you travel? Also what about collecting Nanites? Do these get fixed as well with the Traveler mod? Yes, getting all the Lifetime Rewards count as well.
@Luma_Bear32910 I actually made up this challenge myself since having Sims 3 and all the EPs and LPs. Hoowever, I have never completed it because of some heart wrenching bugs like the shutternut bug and counters giving wrong values in collections when you travel. That really discouraged me. This was before I installed any…
OK I finally figured this one out. The maid has to actually make a bed for it to work. Not only that, while he/she is making the bed, the photograph will capture "A Sim making a bed". Once you capture it, wait for the moment when your maid has actually finished making the bed. Then a new different subject will appear as…
I would also like to add that I am also facing this minor problem, albeit randomly. I always choose "Save as" and then exit my game. However while exiting, the game sometimes comes up with an error message stating "Sims 4 has stopped working...". I tried repairing the game but the problem still persists randomly. It is a…
I am lucky in a way because when the first Sims came out, I was already out of school! Now that I am working full time, I only have to work and play games. Being single also helps a lot! :)
Why must you be so pessimistic? The Sims is a very complex games and I am sure the developers are working very hard to fix the game into a perfect state. :)
Yes, you are correct. Culling started to appear in Sims 3. By the looks of it, I think it is an unnecessary feature in the Sims series. What do you guys think?
Actually that is not my intention. LOL! But what I am trying to say if culling would be perfectly executed, then the Sims would be a perfect game. But I guess to do this, takes a lot of hard work and immense programming knowledge. As things stand now, culling does more harm than good.
OK, so if the limit is reached, the game would crash? I guess culling does have its good points although it is still not perfectly executed in the later series of Sims.
OK problem solved. Silly me! As I have not played the Sims 2 before, I realized that my starting job was a Drill Instructor, a Level 3 career in the Military. Well, I guess it is not a bad starting point for a first timer! :D
Well perhaps in about 50 years from now when there are quantum computers, rabbit holes will be history. And playing the Sims would be very similar to being in real life.
