yeah I get a glitch every time I try to read a bedtime story to a toddler in a crib, even when I tried a vanilla game. I think it came with one of the patches.
not even ghosts? something that has also been in every base game to date? I can live without aliens in the base game though. Rather have them in an ep where they're fleshed out, instead of in the base game yet powerless like ts2. just because ts2 had aliens in base game doesn't mean every game should :/
Never said I was buying it. I lost interest way before their little announcement yesterday. I wasn't even surprised. and what "best features" of TS1 did TS2 have? TS1 base game had nothing to begin with, so there was nothing to leave out in TS2, except EP content. I think your playing favorites. this "nothing's worse than…
I agree about toddlers and pools. TS4 has no excuse for that. I'm just saying no game will, nor has ever, have it all (meaning everything from previous games and more). To me this has been apparent since TS2. It has always been a give and take game with EA with this series. TS4 is no exception.
So the fact that TS3 and TS4 dont have EVERYTHING from the previous games makes it a disappointment. riiight  Tweet from Grant: https://twitter.com/SimGuruGrant/statuses/481604787687809024 Truth is every game is its own different experience. Not even TS2 had everything from TS1. Not by a mile. Did TS2 have cake…
Truish (My current household consists of witch, genie, werewolf, simbot, mummy, and a fairy/plantsim hybrid. Previous household had a plumbot, an alien, a ghost, a mermaid, and a bunch of vampires.) TSBM has played a game from the original Will Wright SIM series (SimAnt, SimFarm, SimCopter, SimThemepark, SimGolf etc.)
That's incorrect. How TS4 is setup is there is only one world with five districts and only five open lots within each district at a time. Anytime you leave a district you're hit with a loading screen. What you described was a completely open world with no districts and well over 25 lots traveling to another completely open…
On a related note, someone over at Mod the Sims has found some leftover EA coding of the Eiffel Tower and made a functional mod out of it! Seems like it was meant to be an intractable restaurant rabbithole with its own moodlet to boot! http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=518835 Its a wonder why EA decided to scrap…
I just didn't like how everything was off-sync in ts2, as stated above Michael a recent college grad is all of a sudden the "older" bro of Bella? Seriously? And the sudden age gap between Mortimer/Bella, Daniel/Jennifer, Bob and Betty having an adult daughter the same time Morty and Bella had a son who's still just a kid.…
Yeah. Ts2 not only initially screwed up the timelines between the families, everyone from TS1 was either missing, dead, or had their lives ruined. However ts2 let us decide the outcome of the orchestrated events that took place, and TS3 allowed us to rewrite history. Since they already did the sequel/prequel story arc…
