htt p://i.i mg ur.com/Cgc07m4.jpg I think it occurs if your OS language does not match your game's language. My OS is in french but my Sims is in chinese. I suspect it has nothing to do with the install/reinstall thing. I am going to try to change OS language to see if it helps.
