I started a blog about my de Leon family's legacy. There will be daily posts at least up to May 3th, 2018. Feel free to stop by.

Newly started blog for my sims' stories. The stories will be mostly told with pictures and most major writings will be in family trees, when they'll be posted. https://sigildagger.blogspot.fi/
Also "yes" to the topic. My teen sim that lived with her grandmother befriended Caleb. Soon after on some random visit at Caleb's, he offered to turn her - naturally he waited until she was sitting on the toilet, doing her business... Now grandma has to occasionally provide some rather interesting drinks to her grandchild.…

Brindleton bay probably would get heaps and heaps of snow, Oasis Springs wouldn't get much besides heat waves. I imagine SM as being hot and WC/NC/MP get rain. WB would probably get rain as well. FH would get lots…
I have to say that, I'm actually against this idea. 3 traits are enough, and works better to make sims different than 5. In my opinion, and in my experience. With less traits, I'll have to be more careful of what I choose, so that the personalities come out differently. For example the poster could choose any one of the…

I would also like to see some more reactions to cheating, especially from family members. The idea @Pixelsimmer had about being able to tell about the cheating would also be awesome. Though, I've always kind of assumed that the "gossip" interaction does that anyway. Could be just my left over assumption from TS3.

Sure in TS2 we could choose the seasons we wanted per…

I am hoping some adventures or activities. I would love to have a new character traits as well. One can only hope. :) Seconded. Also seriously loved adventuring in…
I too have the same bug, but kind of found a way to go around it. Don't just relay on the opportunities investigator can find with computer. Go to town and meet people, befriend some and do the... stalking, ambushing, lurking? Anyways the action a private investigator can do on public lots, till you get something you can…
Why not try setting it to just winter, and playing for a while and then adding the other seasons? Might work. Am still wondering how come some people already have Seasons? Wasn't the release date 15th of this month? Or is that Origin specific? *curious*
Messing with program files would be an extreamly bad idea, would most likely just mess your game even more if not break it. You are free to seek other opinions though.
Modding can be risky, if you have no idea what you're doing, so be ready to read up on things, and if you're still confused about something be sure to ask, before you try to blunder your way around. Googling about the mod you're considering is not a bad idea either, and always make sure it has been adjusted to the latest…
Did you try other towns? Other games with that same town? And did you try to change the town filter to something else, like friends and then back? Sometimes small things might get it back working. If the problem is still there after testing all these, you should take this to technical discussion and see if anyone could…
I doubt there's much you'd miss. I didn't bother doing any vampires in Late Night, because of all the draw backs there where during the day. In Supernatural you can create a sun screen for vampires via alchemy, so that broadens the horizon a lot. Not to mention, in Supernatural you can create your vampire in CAS, or any…
Do you have any read or write problems with any other disk (CD/DVD) you use on your PC? Test that, if you don't know. If there are none, I'd ask EA straight about it, and if there is nothing to be done, try to get a replacement (assuming it's not your CD/DVD-drive or drivers that's acting up).
First you might want to check if you have the right filter on in town view. If you have "nothing" on, no town markers will show in map view. If it is on though, you might want to create an other game with that town and see if there is a similar problem.
