I definitely think Island Paradise from Sims 3 was a better “vacation” type expansion pack for me but I don’t hate Island Living at all, I find it pretty fun. The only thing I wanted was a full lifeguard career that lets your sim actually save lives out on the beach like it was in Island Paradise? I also wanted more…
I don’t have any specific plan in mind nor have I considered buying the game right away, I will probably wait but I expressed interest in a investigative type Sim where they were to research everything that’s going on in StrangerVille. Maybe even try out the new career with another sim in the same household.
I notice that there may be new careers, one specifically being Military but I am hoping there’s a Ghost Hunter type career like in Sims 3 Ambitions. If not, I think that’s something that would fit in this town.
This is a pack that I will wait to get. It doesn’t interest me all that much when I watched the trailer at all so I’ll let others experience the pack first and see if it’s worth the money. I’m sure there is a new career in the pack and that’s the only thing I’m curious about, as much as I love mysteries. I’ll wait for more…
I strangely love the Stan quirk because it’s beyond creepy but fun to witness. Public Number is also a cool one that I like. Probably the most annoying one would be Vain Street.
Toddlers can be highly self sufficient. They can feed themselves as long as you have food on the counter or prompt them to eat and they will. They will go potty themselves and go to bed themselves! My sims aren’t horrible parents, it’s just sometimes they check the toddler when I am trying to feed them on the high chair…
My sims are always either drinking water from the bathroom, milk from the refridgerator or dancing to the stereo, lol. I don’t think it’s a big deal but what does annoy me is that I try having my sim take care of a toddler and my sim is just messing it all up and taking the toddler out of their high chairs. But this is…
I liked all the lots that came with Windenburg and whenever my sims go out, they always go there so I really love it. San Myshuno is second on the list but I only let my sims come for festivals and the food stalls.
I don’t own an Alexa so I can’t say I’m happy about it or unhappy. I’m indifferent but I am curious on how this is going to work and I’ve been wanting one for awhile.
I’ve played since Sims 2 first came out and I never played Sims 1 before that. I did play after discovering Sims 2 since my cousin introduced me to the game! It made me nostalgic because I even remember the first family I made, who had twins and I played with no cheats on (since I did not know it existed for awhile). Those…
One question and I might as well ask here. First of all, I didn’t even know you could have actual yard sales in the Sims. But also, when you try displaying your sim’s art and handmade items at one of the festivals (I forgot which), do you get money from that or no?
I feel like not using money cheats are sort of easier in this game because you can make use of your skills to make money. Like say programming, you can do freelance work for cash if your skill level is high enough and also painting! If your sim is good at it, they can make loads of money.
For the expansion pack, I highly recommend City Living first before Get Famous. They give your sims the option to enjoy four festivals and as well as you can have your sims live in an apartment or even a penthouse. But Get Famous does have great gameplay but not a lot of new objects. I personally chose City Living because…
I just recently played the game on very high, for every graphic option and it runs well so far! I’ve been playing on medium before then. I wanted to test it out and I was surprised that it worked.
Probably witches, fairies and other mythical creatures. I see a lot of people asking for them and I honestly don’t care for them at all? I barely played with witches in the second game. I’m fine without a supernatural type dlc, I like vampires more than anything else and they already added them in the game so
I found a glitch with this. Like, my sim produces tracks often due to her record deal, after sharing and editing her first track, she got one right away which I can see is fairly easy if you know how to edit to make it higher quality, gives you a better chance at having a record deal! But anyway, when my sim tries…
This happened to me before. It was snowing though, yes but I don’t remember if it was a blizzard or not. She got no notification to go to school and there was the button to go to school in the career tab. I clicked it and nothing happened but the next day she did go to school so I ended up assuming she had a snow day and…
I don’t have a cat in real life because I already have three dogs in my house so I gradually leaned towards cats! My sims have dogs on occasion but more cats than dogs so that’s the reason but I do love dogs as well!
I got a single bed for my young adult sim cause I could not afford another double bed and she had the option to spray the monsters under the bed though. This household didn’t even have any kids, lol.
I feel like this is a norm for me. I restart so many times, it’s not even funny just because I run out of ideas what type of life I want my sims to live or because I’m not really fully satisfied. I love when sims are working their way up the latter then I end up being tempted to restart and do it again.
I always thought Pablo Rocca from Get Together was really attractive and my sims had kids with him a few times. I like Thorne Bailey too but it’s a shame that he’s married. Oh and I just love the Bjergson family a lot and my teenage sims always end up being with Sophia from that family. She’s such a doll. Or Morgan Fyres,…
I usually alternate from long lifespan to short life span? I alter my sim’s ages a lot because they usually grow old too quickly and sometimes it just takes a really long time. I turn off aging completely nowadays and age them up when I feel like it’s time for them to age.
