I would LOVE to have gunne sax dresses for CAS! I've been trying to emulate that style for some of my sims using CC, but to actually have it in the game would be so cool. Also 100% agreed about hats -- maybe a bonnet too?
I have a sim living in one of those lots too and I was eventually able to clear everything up. If you see mice, I'm pretty sure you can just click on them and have your sim get rid of them, and same for the other stuff. If the lot has the "needs TLC" trait this stuff will pop up even if you bulldoze. Hope this helps!
@SimmerGeorge I did buy the game, but my laptop doesn't have a disc drive so I'll have to buy an external one before I can try to install it. I was holding out on doing that though cause I'm not sure if I'll even be able to get the game working. I'm really hoping it does, although that seems doubtful since even getting TS3…
One of my favorite styles! I don't really have any kids cc but I have a fair bit for feminine sims. I'm pretty sure none of these require a mesh. Hair: ~really cute half-up beehive (https://simduction.tumblr.com/post/186727695257/nancy-hair-by-simduction-new-hair-for-females) ~Twiggy-style pixie cut…
I would love to have more detailed fish stuff. I hate to use the fish bowl in game since I would never put a real fish in one. It would be cool to replicate my real fish tank in game!
Just caved and downloaded the pack recently, but I can say I've used a ton of the build/buy stuff in the last few days. It does feel a little ironic to have my sims do their laundry while I stare at my own full laundry basket though!
Ballet would be awesome! It would be so cute to build little dance studios. Maybe a dance teacher for younger sims could also be a part-time job option?
I'd love to see some really cool build/buy stuff! Maybe some planters designed for indoors, like a countertop herb garden. It would also be cute if we could have little produce stands (kind of somewhere in between a selling table and a retail lot maybe?).

Sims 4 might run well, but it running well doesnt mean much if it's not keeping the player entertained more than 10 to 15…
I started out playing 3 as a teenager so that's the game I'm most nostalgic about, but I've come to prefer 4 for building. I was never huge on gameplay, which is definitely 3's strength. I do really miss having an open world though! I actually randomly stumbled across a copy of 1 in the CD section at a thrift store so…

With most of my content I cannot tell who created it in game. I don't want to upset anyone! Thanks If I'm ever trying to figure out what something is/who made a specific piece of…

I am on a mac and I realized for some reason it wouldn't read the mods I changed the name of (for instance a hairstyle from TSR by a creator named Anto, I changed the mods name from a bunch of random numbers to "hair by anto") so I could stay more organized.…

Make sure that you are not nesting your CC more than 5 folders deep and that you aren't nesting script mods (all their parts) more than 1 folder deep. Some older CC might no longer be game compatible. Thank you! I just checked my mods folder again and it seems…
Hi all! I’m 21, and I guess I’m fairly new to the game compared to everyone else! I started playing TS3 in 2013 and mostly play TS4 now. Building is my favorite part of the game. I love vintage fashion and aesthetics, so I’ve recently gotten into using cc in my game to expand the options on that front. Glad to be part of…
I’ve also been having issues where some of my older installed cc doesn’t show up when I add new things. When I tried moving the files from my downloads to my mod folder in one chunk my game wouldn’t even open, but when I added things a few at a time it seems to work, with the exception of a few items that I’ve already…
