You must do the "try for baby" interaction, not woohoo. Only female sims (young adult and adult) can get pregnant. If your adult is within 3 days of turning elder, she can't get pregnant. Did any of those help? hehe

Another possibility is a glitched rabbit hole (or wherever your sim works). You can try deleting the rabbit hole and replacing it, or moving the lot to the lot bin and replacing it. That might help!

I have it, and I put it on all my beach lots (but not in pools - the seal won't come out otherwise). I HAVE had townies use it, and they love it. I do like it, and it complements any beachy theme, but it depends on how often you're really going to use it whether or not it's a good deal.

Other than resetsim as needed, the only cheat I use is freerealestate. But after that, the sims are on their own to make enough money to keep the house!

Maybe it has something to do with Origin, that's all I can think of. I installed all of the games via Origin, even though I had some on disc (because I didn't want to need the disc, hehe), and it seems to work fine.

Starting with Late Night, townies started generating a new car every time they wanted to travel somewhere, rather than using the car already in their inventory, and that led to this issue. I took off the fake roof, built up another floor, and put another fake roof on. Now my sims can play basketball. Don't get me started on the library... That is the MOST awfully created place I have ever seen, and it took me hours and hours to make it worthwhile.

All of the expansion content can be placed in other worlds. If you're asking are there dive lots in other worlds, the answer is no. You can make one (and it is a little bit of a challenge), but they do not naturally exist there.

All store content requires only the base game. (The only exception are the few pet-related objects and, of course, the registration rewards but you won't have access to them unless you registered that expansion.)
