  • Started at 6 or so when my aunt had Sims Hot Date on her computer, and I thought it sounded funny, the way 6 year olds think the word sexy is hilarious, and thought it was fun to build houses and make people. Then got TS2 at around 10 or 11, and bought almost all the packs, but seeing TS3 was coming out soon, it was hard…
  • I didn't play TS3 long enough to get to any occults aside from vampires, but i LOVED witches in TS2. But, I don't recall playing with any others, and seeing how much i LOVE vampires in TS4, I think I need to pick that. Spellcasters definitely aren't as good to me as witches were in TS2, but TS2 didn't have mermaids which I…
  • Only necessities for me personally are permanent and better plantsims, fairies with a SKILL TREE!!, dragons and unicorns. I personally dont care for werewolves (but I would also buy a pack if they came in it), or anything much else. I have vampires, mermaids and witches, I only need a couple more and I'm happy.
  • The way I see it is, there aren't many left. The big one is werewolves, and a more minor one being fairies. And while Aliens and Mermaids could REALLY do with expansion, a la vampires or spellcasters, it's not like we have only 2 - like there was when i started playing TS4. I love occults, I always play with them, and…
  • I'm Aussie, so may be biased, but I'd love an Aussie themed bush world! especially if it tied into Indigenous culture, seeing it's the oldest known culture on earth. I know it would be hard to pull off, and we already have a few HOT worlds, so I KNOW it's unlikely. Now we have Japan, which would be my second choice, i'd…
  • Farming, but cottagecore style. I want cute lil cottagecore lesbian sims :)
  • I have other priorities than my vote, but I am SURE it would be the most universally loved, and it would make the majority of the community be quiet for a while. I'd rather some kind of farming/cottagecore pack first for an EP, then something that incorporated fairies (even the cottagecore EP???), then some kind of theme…
  • Animal Crossing for sure! Good Job and Untitled Goose Game are hilarious little Indie games on the eShop. If you don't already have these on PC or another console, the Spyro and Crash remake trillogies and Crash Team Racing are great, as is Let's Go Pikachu or Eevee! My best friend and baby brother love Breath of the Wild,…
  • The Sims 3 just looks gross. I HATE it's graphics style, while I adore how the Sims 4 looks. My computer also seriously struggles to run 3, and I like being able to use mods and cc, and my computer CANNOT run 3 with either.
  • Voted fairies, but would prefer an expansion to Mermaids, Plantsims and Aliens first. Power tier for all occults from now on, even if only a small one! If they fixed those 3, I'd then like fairies, werewolves and unicorns.
  • Why have you stopped? I just got burnt out. I felt I needed something new, and I wanted more fleshed out occults. Witches and Vampires are great, but aliens, mermaids and plantsims are SO lacking that I don't really want to go back just yet. That, and I have been FAR too busy with Animal Crossing New Horizons, and then…
  • You can! If you have amiibo, you can scan them in 3 times, and craft their required object 3 times, and they will move in, and ask if you know anyone looking to move out! And if you don't have amiibo, you can get super cheap plain white NFC enable cards with villagers preloaded for you. I use JoyconDroid, and Android App…
  • I always buy expansions, no matter what. Maaaaaaybe on sale this time though, i don't usually wait for sales, but this time I might, jsut because it doesn't grab me 100% like Seasons, Cats and Dogs or Island Living did. I'm still super interested, but maybe at 70%.
  • Sims 2, but it looks like 4. CAS and BB from Sims 4, replace the occults with the ones from S4, Bigger worlds from TS3, Fame system from TS4 and the diversity of TS4.
  • I merge items in sets, so for example, bundles of 50 female hairs by the same creator, or items from fan made packs, to keep it easier to find stuff, and I find my game loads MUCH better and faster.
  • Sims 4 definitely has the best version of toddlers, but I very much dislike kids in real life, so toddlers and kids in game don't do it for me. I cheat max the potty skill, and then jsut get them maxed in whatever child skill i want to focus on to set them up properly, then they get aged up. Babies are an insta-age up.
  • my key problem with IL is that mermaids had SO MUCH potential and they're just so lackluster. No skill tree, no major abilities, limited CAS for them, tails that expose their butt (which, why??), no underwater world or world exclusive to them, vampires were just done so well, any occult that doesn't have a skill tree now…
  • I have a top 5, and in no particular order: Lucario, Bellossom, Gardevoir, Azumarill and Celebi. Been obsessed with the onion since I was a kid, and i have no idea why, Lucario is a pretty solid choice on all my teams, Bellossom and Azumarill are both adorable and Gardevoir strikes me as being incredibly beautiful. These 5…
  • Don't like babies one iota in real life, personally couldn't care less that they're "attached" to their beds. Better have them attached than have Sims leaving babies on the floor like they did in TS2 and 3.
  • I chose Get To work and Island Living for the purpose of overhauling Mermaids and Aliens, adding a skill tree to both to unionise all Occults to have a similar level of detail and less restrictions and to see the Active Careers in particular require a degree if you own DU. I also chose City Living to allow us to build…
  • i'm really glad this won. This looks really versatile, whereas "granny chic" would have only been usable for Elders or super Kitchy sims, which I don't do. Quirky, sure, but this will be usable by ALL kinds of sims. Kids, teens, adults and elders, with the right flourishes and colours for each age group.
  • I'd like to see Aliens and Mermaids get a skill tree and be more fleshed out first. They've got a great foundation, but they need a bit more work. After that, fairies and werewolves.
  • Why not? Quite a lot left to explore, so more than happy for that. Besides, if it means Sims 5 is more fleshed out for those who are desperate for it, to try and quash complaints, why not?
  • wicked! I had wanted to avoid cheating in this save, but i think I'll have to 😭
