SOLVED!!!!! make sure to open the download site in INTERNET EXPLORER, make sure you are logged in and THEN download. worked right away! sorry for the thousands of post. but hopefully this one will work for you!

all I want to do is change my profile picture and get some help in downloading the create a world tool. I click the accept terms and conditions and click download and all I get is a blank box to pop up and nothing happens. anyone else having trouble with this? soo frustrating!

I love being able to use my creativity the most in building. I am currently trying to download the create a world tool and having lots of issues. tried to download directly from sims website and all it does is bring up a blank box.

I was having the same problem, but I found this link. I had to right click on the download button and then click open in a new tab and it downloaded straight away. Hope this helps, heres the link. https://thesimscatalog.com/sims3/downloads/worlds/create-a-world-download/
