I read online on Digital Spy that it has been announced the next pack is a Star Wars theme pack!!! Pathetic in my honest opinion and so I now have decided that the Sims is no longer for me.

I've got to admit that I haven't played the sims for a few weeks now as I am totally bored with it. There is nothing really new or exciting that has been added to make me want to play it these days. It's all too much for the politically correct teen generation and I just can't get back into it.

I've returned to sims 3 too and it is far more fun than sims 4. I just wish they would reopen the store again and release some new packs or items. They should have kept going with sims 3 instead of rushing into sims 4.

I'm 51 years old and I have found sims 4 to be catering for the 'woke' younger people and does not cater for us older ones who just want to play a game without PC being rammed down our throats. I have not played it for about three/four weeks now and do not miss it as I got bored with it. There is no fun in the game anymore…

Are these codes just to get the packs or to get extra items for these packs? I've already got all the sims packs so they are useless to me if it's just for the packs themselves. What do us simmers who are loyal to the game and buy them when they are released get? I guess nothing as usual.

To be honest, I'm really bored with it at the moment. All the recent packs have been a let down and have been done before in the previous sims games. Also there are only so many times you can build houses/cafes etc and do the same collections before you lose the will to live. This new knitting pack just looks really boring…

I loved World Adventures. To be honest, Bon Voyage was so boring that I can not even remember it though I did have it. I loved World Adventures as I loved exploring the tombs and having to go from world to world to solve the adventure. It was much better than just playing a boring sim who did a normal job, got married…

Just one word to answer this and the word is, 'No'... The machines keep glitching and need to be replacing and the collecting of and washing takes far too much time for the sims to do..

My game does not have the glitches that most people seem to have so the patches are nothing to me when they are just fixes. I also do not really bother with all the little quirks they add on to some of the objects. I am happy that people with glitches in their games get them fixed but a few new objects would not have gone…

You are right, they seem to take hours to eat a meal. Restuarants are worse as it takes hours for their meal to arrive and then more hours to eat it, it's like a day out for them.

Im hoping for mainly freebies as the last patch was just bug fixes which gave me a bug. The bug fixes just seem to fix old bugs but bring new ones with them so I am happy with just freebies for this one..

To me, this pack is just EA saying, 'These people will buy anything we release so let's release a useless pack full of rubbish, they'll buy it and we'l get more money off them'. I've noticed that in the criminal career, the daily be mean target from level 6 upwards does not work at all. I have made my sim do all the mean interactions and it makes not a jot of difference..

Luckily I never use the combos and glitches are a main reason why I would rather have freebies then fixes as the fixes almost always seem to cause a glitch somewhere else in the game and it's like a never ending circle..

I like this idea. I'd like to see the villains actually be bad instead of cartoon characters.. In general, I would just like to see the Sims grow up and be more adult and realistic..
