I can confirm my career mods are currently broken. (They don't Go to Work and you get a Last Exception if you have MC Command Center installed). I'll be fixing them the moment the tool is updated!

You can use the blacklist item option. I think it's under Dresser. So you blacklist Hat, and then clean the Sim to remove it. Sorry just saw that you can't even get the option to show up. I can make you a mod to prevent it, if you like?

Do you use mods? You can delete it with MC Command Center.

I recommend you create a new Save game first of all. That way, any townies, other Sims etc wearing CC won't be affected. Starting from scratch is always best, and you can save any families you particularly like in your library. Next, move all your CC to a new folder, out of TS4 directory. Pop your must-have gameplay mods…
