I'm also still playing TS3; I recently managed to complete my collection and now I own every EP except from the last one which I'm not interested in. Therefore, I feel like I fulfilled a childhood dream and I'm enjoying my game like never before :D

I'm experiencing the same issues, and what I usually do is move one parent and the child to another home while he or she's in this life stage because if not, man, I would go crazy :D

Thanks for the clarification; didn't know anything about what you have explained. I have played The Sims 3 on an iMac, but always on Windows through Bootcamp and as far as I can remember didn't have any issues. As for The Sims 4, this one I did play it on Mac OS without any issues at all, but it was some time ago.

@SimplyJen Yes, thanks for the advice but I have already set the vsync for both TS3 and 4 because I do really fear them, specially the 3 as it is very badly optimized. My card is a Nvidia GeForce 775 by the way

Haven't installed The Sims 4 on it, but it should indeed work well with high graphic settings according to the game's requirements and the laptop specifications. Mine's the 2018 version, but I wouldn't recommend buying a Mac if your intention is to play on it... Better choose MSI or Alienware.

Sorry to interrupt but why that last thing? I own a Macbook Pro and was thinking about installing TS3, I can't see why wouldn't it be possible to set visual options on high. The new Macbook Pros are mounting last gen i7 quad-core and even six-core; the bigger ones with 4GB Nvidia cards.

Thank you for your help. While the showing the first unread message issue is fixed (the problem was I used to clink on the last page available of the threads), the issue with threads remaining as unread still remains after doing what you told me. Also tried switching my browser but it didn't work.

From my point of view, I have always found stuff packs kind of useless... And sadly, with TS4 even more. I think they aren't worth the money they cost, I would prefer the stuff being included in Game Packs. These ones I think are a very interesting alternative to Expansions for reduced budgets as it's my case.

I don't usually change outfits; what's more, I only use the daily, pijama and sports ones... My sims rarely go to a party. But what I indeed do is changing them when they age up, and I find it very satisfying.

I personally don't do very much to make the game more realistic but number 1 and 2 are usually on my list. Well, eventhough I think it's a good idea I also consider that it would make the game heavier and slower... And I rarely find the limitation annoying as I don't usually play with big families. Therefore, I am fine with how things are at the moment.

I'm experiencing the same issue, and I don't have the Seasons EP. I also noticed that my child is always finding a monster under his bed, like every single night and that is soo disturbing as he wakes up everyone in the house.
