The rocking chairs from Supernatural, definitively. All of my sims have at least one, even the poorest family who can't afford a decent bed. Why ? Because i've always wanted one, unfortunately the price are pretty crazy so i just give them to my sims :D

Nope, i live in the mountain, where you can literally lost your young child or pet in the snow. And in my entire scholarship i had like 5 snow days because the bus didn't came (the school wasn't even closed in fact. If you could walk to it, then you'll have to go to classes)

That's why i always use sims blender to terminate her pregnancy, even if with the UC the game is patched. I just don't want to risk it.

Might be weird but, my BodyShop keep crashing too when i started playing the UC. Then i've noticed that my BodyShop were launching with Nvidia (940M) so i've tried with intel and weirdly it works. If the other's solution didn't work and if you have dual graphic card, try to change to the other.

A funny things happened in my game, my sims wife have died while trying to repair the tv (this is not the funny thing that i'm talking about), and i didn't put her tombstone in a cemetery (yet) so her ghost came (normal). Her husband repair (successfully) the tv. But, each time she appears in the lot, the tv turn on ! :D…

Have you tried to uninstall Origin ? I had a problem on TS4, after an update, the game didn't want to launch. I've uninstall Origin and reinstall and everything worked again.
