I have done this too with the roommate system but if I want to do whole families, I can’t do that. It messes up my bills.

I personally want any form of close living quarters to be customizable and buildable that function similar to apartments. I would even settle with a new world that has a new apartment that’s kind of locked in to a townhouse sort of look. If you can’t tell, I just really want more options of close living quarters.

I would like more drama too but I guess the emotional stuff seem a little silly to me. I am also a little bit of a control freak when it comes to my sims too so that’s probably why I feel that way.

Yes. They mentioned one in the Gilbert Gardens area. I don't think the one in Hopewood Hills (?) is swimmable, just fishable. That's all they mentioned about it anyway.

I am probably most impressed by this pack than any other. That being said, I am really disappointed about the lack of apartments or rowhousing. I feel like that was a huge opportunity missed being that it was based off the Bay area.

The one by the bubble tea is definitely a shell with a possible walk up window to order things like in Tartosa. It can be seen in the trailer and the windows are opaque. The other one, I did not see at all in the trailer and I am wishing so hard that those are apartments.
