Currently I do not have a set budget, I was looking at the 27 inch iMac possibly which would run me near $2,000.00+ and I haven't really reviewed many video programs, thinking maybe something simple (since I'm new to all this) and going with Fraps or OBS something simple and cheap(isn) I'm in United States btw.

Hello @isleroux I was wondering, could you make a few Sims to live in a share house/communal house type place that I will be building. I was going to build the structure first, and then after I have the Sims for it move them in and decorate their rooms.

I'm personally really excited about this stuff pack, I don't typically play with Supernatural types in my games (i.e. vampires, werewolves, ghosts etc.) I love to have my Sims throw seasonal parties, and I think it's going to add a lot to my game personally. @aroseinbloom so here are my 2 ideas I have 1 for October and for December. October: Tricks or Treats? Halloween tends to bring out a feeling of adrenaline, from going to Haunted Houses, to Trick Or Treating you just get a special kind of rush. If your Sim wants that rush then "Tricks or Treats?", is where they should be.…
