  • I think this is my number one want at the moment.
  • I do sometimes download builds just to tour them and I'm very impressed with the use of moo of some builders, I enjoy seeing what they come up with. I'm often too lazy to use it myself, whether I'm going to be playing in that lot or not. But I rarely use it, or clutter, for lots that I do want to play in, it's true. And I…
  • I don't remember this survey? It'd be hard to pick just three. -Parenthood: funerals slumber parties pool parties ballet baby showers meet the parents day care slow dancing cuddling in bed honeymoons bachelor/ette parties wedding parties strollers graduation parties teens getting grounded for throwing house parties…
  • @Rouensims :D @WallSims4ever Thank you! @calapfry Rich people do love their skiing holidays
  • I expected them to be kind of like the boats in Brindleton Bay. I think that's what it is?
  • Yeah, both public and private schools have uniforms in my country. When we were teens we hated them of course, but it was never a real issue. If I had kids who were passionate about hating their school uniforms, I'd be relieved that those were their main concerns in life lol. I moved on to other apparel-related struggles…
  • All of the above.
  • Yeah, no one said EA was appropriating. Adding a culture to the game is a good thing and they seem to be doing it well. A simmer was just expressing concern over them personally using traditional items wrong without realizing.
  • That's cool that you want to be respectful. You can always do some research before sharing in the gallery anything you might not be that familiar with. But don't worry so much about messing up when creating the world for your own game. It's not like you're making money off of it or ridiculing anyone or feeding into harmful…
  • I guess I agree with @LiELF and @ktalexander on the social aspect. I maybe expected a bit more from the parties, for them to be more special and frequent without having to plan the event yourself. Or if it was going to be so focused on school work, for classes not to be rabbit holes only. So it does feel a little…
  • Omg I had to zoom in so hard, it looked like a little ball to me, like maybe a flower or puff of smoke lol. But yeah, upon closer inspection, might be a block, and I'm 100% with you. I'd love to have hotels.
  • Only one I regret is Eco. I like the BB a lot, so maybe I would have gotten it on sale but only guaranteed it wouldn't brake my save like it did. But I didn't enjoy any of its gameplay features.
  • Feels a little limited, and I've only played in university a couple of times, but I've enjoyed it. CAS items are some of my favorites even though it's a lot of sweatpants. And I also had a lot of fun redoing Britechester.
  • I think I'd be fine with either residential or vacation, but what I really want is an option to use both residential and rental lots in every world lol. I'm happy for the theme. I really hope it's a strong pack, I'm so afraid haha. Think there'll be avalanches?
  • No, but I might give it a shot for some new hairstyles. I feel like we've been getting a lot of the same styles in the last few packs and it's probably my main complaint with CAS, which is an aspect of the game I'm generally content with.
  • I live in Sulani, but Caribbean, not Pacific. No mountains and volcanos here. I wish I lived in San Myshuno again. This level of humidity is only tolerable for a couple of weeks.
  • Just started using them a couple of months ago. I use like five and I've enjoyed having them so far, though I don't feel it's impossible to have fun without them yet.
  • I was just as interested in Star Wars at 13 as I am now, so back then I would have welcomed a SW pack as much I did now (just not one that was all shells and rabbit holes lolol). I also would have absolutely downloaded WW and Basemental's mods at that age 100%, among others. My games overall would have probably been darker…
  • The thing about Strangerville is, even if the single quest offers no replayability, going through it once was fun because there's actual places to keep discovering as you move long (the world changes around you too) and the animation of the final showdown with the mother has some decent action, feels unique and it's…
  • Maaaaybe if we had more than three trait slots to begin with. But yeah, I don't like the theme-specific traits. There's many more I would like that aren't tied to any specific theme.
  • That if you cook fish as a grand meal and one of your guests is a mermaid, they will whip out a sandwich at the table in the middle of dinner and eat that instead. I was so offended for my host sim until I realized.
  • I'm more interested in the BB because I have one or two other saves (in addition to my SW save) where it'll fit. I do like building post-acpocalyptic settings, and laboratory and spaceship interiors, things like that. The CAS I don't love. There's some good pieces (and I think the male items are looking better than the…
  • Wow. All. It was especially hard to decide between curved walls and spiral staircases, but I guess I've wanted the stairs longer?
  • I feel this exact same way. I was ready to get it next week, but after seeing the gameplay in the videos I might wait if I'm only going to play the missions once through to see what's up and then use it mainly for building (though it does have a pretty big BB catalogue). I might get it sooner if lockdown gets too boring,…
  • It will require a lot of using our imaginations. I'm starting with Coruscant because I think most of my stories will be taking place there. The underground levels are tricky, so I think I might turn the central park lot into a huge underground construction with a couple of different districts to set events in. Then I'll…
  • @Chicklet453681 A rabbit hole barn. You come out with some milk in your inventory. Chickens you can only chase around like the birds in Brindleton Bay. A horse you can sometimes spot galloping by like the Windenburg sea monster. It would be fun to start a cautionary thread about what we do NOT want to see in the packs we…
  • Ooh I think I misread, I don't know whether these were flops (one of them was certainly poorly received) but my least favorite packs have been Eco Lifestyle and Realm of Magic, I think they're the only ones I pretty much never play with, though the latter I was really anticipating.
  • I don't intend to make anyone love the idea of it, I was merely hoping to provide some perspective as to why some might still want to get it, unless your question was rhetorical, in which case then ignore me lol
