I am having this issue too and serious last exception errors are being fired out. I have tested previous saves from before the patch and it is there too now when previously it was never an issue. Very unfortunately it is impacting gameplay. Here is the last exception summary:

I truly love the clubs system, so, I'm thrilled it has inspired you to create more clubs. I can't reccommend Zerbu's mod for more club icons enough. A total delight!

I'm quite artistic so making those defaults were not that difficult in the end using the Sims4Studio. I used to make poses too. All using tutorials. I'm a visual person and need videos to explain everything to me :D The skin was the most difficult but in the end, I blended other people's hard work to create a skin I liked.…

@MissyHissy Your Laboris Gloria Ludi club sounds very interesting, it has aspired me to have more club names in latin. :) I also use the Ministry of Labour feature to change job titles constantly. Looking forward to the new pack and careers. Hopefully we will get some more club activities too!
