  • They NEED to put a theme park/carnival world in for real. They put a spin on Strangetown with StrangerVille, so why not put a spin on Magic Town?
  • Never thought I'd be interested in a kit, but here we are. - The tiger print wallpaper is calling me - The chairs are probably the most gorgeous chairs in the game - The fireplace is not huge and looks realistic - Been wanting a rug print like that for a long time - Seems like quite a bit of stuff for a kit I'm going to…
  • When I first started playing, I always felt "bad" when I would bulldoze the lots, I don't know why. I think I felt like I was destroying the originality of the game, like it's intended purpose. Sounds dumb now because it's all about how you want your game to be so I bulldoze most things now, or renovate existing lots that…
  • I agree with this. By not selling it in those countries, they're not getting the sales from it anyway, so my as well just release region locked codes or something for those countries. I have the freedom of living in the US and being able to enjoy the pack if I wanted, it's not Russian simmers fault their laws are not as…
  • She absolutely does in her videos and in her livestreams but that would require people to actually watch it. Not sure what people have said about her on here, but they always attack her on Reddit and it's really pathetic. She's always the scapegoat. They praise Plumbella but at the end of the day she is giving exposure to…
  • I'm usually not very critical of the game outside of DLC prices, but you nailed exactly how I feel about this pack, and others like it. It's just getting exhausting.
  • Kinda bummed the world will be behind this pack as I'm not interested in wedding/romance themes. I mean that's like any other pack though so no big deal I guess. Here's to hoping we get a world pack someday, or even another base game update with an empty one, or two.
  • @ImDragone Console has been mouse and keyboard compatible for a few years now. So you could just plug in a mouse and keyboard if you them and it would be the same as playing on PC.
  • I feel like the writing is on the wall about The Sims 5. It's painfully obvious they are turning TS5 into what TS4 was supposed to be: "Sims Olympus." No thanks. Not to mention the amount of microtransactions (here's a loot box, maybe you'll get a dining set!) I'm sure that games going to have. They can drag out The Sims 4…
  • I started around 2002/2003 with The Sims 1 on GameCube. The console versions of the games were always different from PC versions. The Sims 4 is the first game I've ever played that had things like stairs, roofs, foundations, huge catalogs of build/buy items, swatches, actual neighborhoods, different worlds, DLC's,…
  • Can we get carnivals and theme parks now please lol. PLEASE MAXIS I'M DESPERATE.
  • We could get cars, an open world, and the color wheel in a free patch tomorrow and Twitter would still complain about it.
  • I've said this before but I would DIE if we got an option to exclude/hide specific items. There's so much stuff I would never use, especially in the clutter/misc catalogs. Same with CAS, so much clothing I would never use, and haven't used.
  • Not from what I noticed! I do play on an Xbox One S though and don't have every pack.
  • Thank you so much! Just went through and marked a bunch played.
  • That's my one issue with the gallery builds other than excessive use of MOO. Everything is like a 5 bed/3 bath build and I only play 2 sims in a household max. I'm guessing we're in the minority here though. It's why I play in apartments most of the time, because I'm garbage at building. I do wish you could search the…
  • So I've been playing live mode a lot more than usual and I had a quick question for you all. Is there a definitive way to make sure sims you like don't get culled? I never really thought about that until now. I read somewhere how Erwin got culled from someone's game and it made me think how I don't want stuff like that to…
  • At this point can we just get a swatch pack? Lmao. I'm so tired of trying to find a bed or piece of furniture to match a certain aesthetic and everything is some crazy pattern with 10 different colors on it and the legs are a shade of brown you can't change. It makes my OCD crazy.
  • Yeah they're not getting me with that 30% lol. If they bumped it up to 50% I'd be in.
  • Honestly, same. I couldn't imagine starting all over without vampires, apartments, ecetera. I didn't hop on TS4 until a little while after they announced the console port, and they were already on the City Living EP by then. TS5 base game would really have to WOW me to buy it on launch.
  • Thanks for sharing! I've been wanting theme parks/carnivals forever and I don't play the mobile games so I didn't know all that. Seems pretty promising then for Sims 4. Fingers crossed!
  • Agreed x100. More integration with other worlds/packs would make me more inclined to purchase packs. Seasons for example has the roller/ice skating rinks that can be placed anywhere which is nice. If they did resorts, make the resorts anywhere you can build, and add items like pool slides or water rides that can also be…
  • Agreed as well. Plus the Goths and Calientes were so different between console and PC titles that it's not like it really matters. I always remembered the Goths as elders without children who live in a castle, and that's how they've always been in my Sims 4 saves.
  • I agree 100%. I'd like to see hotels we can run with actual resort activities, or a theme park-based pack with actual rides sims can interact with. I rarely play live mode much these days because of just the lack of stuff to do on community lots. I think Snowy Escape was a great start with the "actual stuff to do" part,…
  • I personally want to see what they do with the changes, and if anyone has a problem with it they can always save the current/original townies to the gallery and delete the new ones when they start a save. And like someone already said, I'm sure most of those people have already changed the townies to their liking…
  • It's funny because I hate how young they both look. Mortimer and Bella in The Sims Bustin' Out I'm pretty sure would have been considered elders (but that game didn't have life stages like that). Mortimer had white hair, so I always knew Mortimer and Bella as older. It's interesting how different some of the timelines were…
  • Mid-Century Modern, Atomic Ranch, "Googie," and Art Deco are my favorite styles. It's hard not to want to build them in every world, even when it doesn't match lol.
  • The entire pack is one big ad for Stefan Cooke and his clothing brand. The article was in Vogue and it's clear it's just an advertisement collab to go buy his clothes. They could have just not collabed with anybody and made clothing and accessories based off brands like Adidas, Champion, Puma, Reebok, Nike, etcetera. Why…
  • Didn't they give away the ultimate collection for free at one point if people were asking for it? It's borderline abandonware and should be free lol. Unless they remaster the entire game I wouldn't pay a dime, but I'm assuming this wasn't about a remastered version.
