Update: http://sims4stories.wordpress.com/2015/01/02/disney-legacy-challenge-generation-1-part-8/ Things are going great with my Sim family. And thanks to one of the young adults moving out, there's now room for the seventh child :)
I like the house! Especially the color of the exterior looks nice, and the front and back porch. It's quite big for a starter, so I can see some of my SIM families living in here for a while :)
Thanks for looking! Yes, I think so too about the Harry Potter one. If we get a magic expansion, and there's no Harry Potter challenge by then I'll think about setting one up :)
Yep, I do know Rose Red. That's one of my favorite fairytales :) I'm glad you decided to start over, and I hope you're having fun with the challenge. I updated my avatar to show Cinderella - my second generation heir. I blogged about the challenge here: http://sims4stories.wordpress.com/ (I'm already on part 5, guess I'm a…
Thanks so much! I wanted to create a story where this one Sim fell in love with the Grim Reaper, but while she flirted with him and stuff, it never got beyond that. Now they can be in an actual relationship :)
I had the same problem, and like CreoleSim mentioned, it was because for some reason all my residential lots turned into generic lots. Go into "build mode" and then click on the "i" on top of the screen, you can change it back to residential there.
I had this happen to one of my Sims too, and yes, dropping to a B and then moving back to an A worked. It was hard to have her grades drop though - even if she didn't do homework at all, it still took a while because she'd had A's for so long.
Blue Moon and Cozy Christmas look amazing! I like the Classy Colonial too - I've always been fond of the colonial style, and the house look great, but Cozy Christmas is my favorite of the three.
I like the entrance and front yard of Lavender House. Griffin Lodge reminds me of the house in the Wild West for some reason. :) They all look adorable though.
I haven't been a member for very long - about a week, I think. But I'm enjoying the forums so far and commenting on the topics that interest me (which is just about anything). I understand the troll problems, but why is it so hard for regular newbies to earn points? I have done my best to comment on different posts, and…
I noticed the missing leftover option too when playing, and it annoyed me. So now the Sims just throw everything away? I didn't look at the 'open' option yet (didn't know you could do that until I read it here) but I would prefer just to have the regular leftover option. Also, shutting down the TV every time they change…
If the husband is an elder, he can still have children. That happened to my legacy - Snow was an adult, and her hubby had turned into an elder by the time I got the oldest of their kids to move out of the house (when she became a young adult), and they could still make a baby - so I now have 7 kids total, 6 of them still…
I like Sims 4. So far, the game hasn't crashed yet and it's much more lightweight than the Sims 3 where I had to wait ages just to load something. I also prefer the more cartoony style. At this point, all I would improve would be bigger neighborhoods and toddlers. I'm pretty happy with all the rest of it. Some extra…
Especially things like changing nappies. That's been around since Sims 2 or something, so why did they suddenly take it out? Since we have no toddlers, we need to be able to do more things with the babies. I like all your suggestions and hope there comes a patch that adds this.
This challenge sounds like fun! 100 babies is a lot though, and my two neighborhoods are already quite full. Can anyone tell me how to start a new game? In the previous sims you could have multiple versions of the two towns, but I haven't been able to find that yet in the Sims 4.
The colonial is my favorite, but the apartments look great too. I like the idea of apartments, yet they look spacious enough to host a family of four each. The warehouse looks good too - I never expected the interior design to be so modern, it was a nice twist.
The lighthouse concept looks great. I could never come up with something like that! The deluxe version looks great on the inside as well, especially the kitchen.
