I wanted to add, could your sims be having twins? That could be a block then. Max is 8 sims. If you have 8 sims, you can have 2 pets. If you have 4 pets, you can have 6 sims (to equal a total of 10). Nice...Ok so I guess the problem is that my sim wasn't actually riding her horse. My sim was pregnant and couldn't ride and just wanted to get the horse some exercise...but yeah if you ride the horse then the run course option shows up no problem. :oops:
