Could be any one of them, because there is no difference between teen, young adult, and adult in this game. Because after how many years, it still SUCKS...
My sims have all developed the need to cook. Constantly. It's literally all they do unless I force them to do something else. I let the game run unsupervised for 5 minutes and came back to counters full of food...
Can you create Sousuke Sagara and Kaname Chidori from "Full Metal Panic!"? I'm an anime junkie, and have been looking for (and trying to make) these two for over a year (and failing miserably). I'm also a fan of the anime "Suzuka", and would be interested if you can make the main characters (Suzuka Asahina and Yamato…
Up until the Sims 4, the only CC I used was things like hair styles/colors or random clothing. Then 4 came out and that all changed. The only way to make that joke playable is with mods and third party content. I hope for THEIR sake EA has listened to us Simmers' frustrations with that mess, and will make Sims 5 better…
What could have been added to the game? Oh, I don't know. Open worlds. Bug and Glitch fixes. More aspirations and traits. Things to actually do. Scrapping the whole thing and starting over, giving us a game that DOESN'T suck unless you use mods and 3rd party content to fix everything EA won't...
If it wasn't for all the mods I've found to make the game fun, I would have stopped playing completely about 2 months after the joke- I mean game- came out. There is literally NOTHING to do in the game that makes it remotely entertaining unless you have mods. Mods to fix the bugs EA won't fix, mods to change traits and…
1) Return to open world (like Sims3) 2) Sims that don't look like cartoon characters (Sims3 was better) 3) Sim "stalling" to be fixed. Nothing like having your Sim stand there with a dirty plate in his hand for 4 game hours, and NOTHING will get him to move until his plumb good and ready...
Thousands of hours on Sims3. Few hundred on Sims4. Pretty much tells it all right there. Hopefully EA learns from the hundreds of thousands of mistakes from Sims4 to make Sims5 a great game. (If the series lives that long. Thanks EA...)
Usually less than half an hour. Pretty much long enough to get bored because there's nothing to do, irritated because you can't visit a neighbor without having to load, and fed up because all the mods and things I've downloaded to make the game fun and playable no longer work because of the last patch on a game that's…
I still play Sims3 more than Sims4. It's a more "complete" game. Hopefully EA will pull their heads out (doubt it) and listen to the players for a change (also doubt it) when they finally get around to Sims5..
I would love to see a game that was advertised as "the most user mod friendly of all sims games", actually BE user mod friendly. I just love having the game update, then having to wait and see if the creators of my favorite mods haven't given up on constantly having to update their mods. I've had to give up on roughly half…
That PLUM stinks!! Thanks for the heads up. Back to TS2 for me until this is fixed. I was looking forward to playing this EP.
I think it's funny that if you go into "first person mode" with your Sims4 sim and have them play "Sims Forever" or whatever it is on the computer, they're playing Sims2...
So far, my game seems fine. I just wish this "mod friendly" game (as they've hyped countless times) was ACTUALLY mod friendly, and I didn't have to wait for modders to update their stuff. Every month it's the same thing- update and wait for modders to make the game playable again (since it's about as boring as watching…
As far as I'm concerned, the only way this game is playable is with mods. Odd how EA/Maxis can't figure out how to fix the problems, but third party modders can have it fixed in a day or two (Once they have time to look at coding and come up with a way to fix it. Something EA/Maxis hasn't been able to do in 4 years...)
I play Sims4 occasionally just to see if they've fixed any of the screw ups yet. When I see they haven't, I go back to Sims3. The game play is much better in Sims3 in my opinion, there's more to do in Sims3, and the sims don't look like cartoon characters. Maybe they can do a better job with Sims5. IF they do a Sims5 that…
I still play Sims3 way more than 4. I've been a hardcore Sims nut since the original, but 4 just lacks EVERYTHING to make it enjoyable. I've bought the expansion packs, but even then I only play for a couple hours before I get bored and go back to 3. If (and at this point, that's a BIG if) they do a Sims5, I sure hope they…
I gave it a 2/10, mainly because I feel it's a giant leap backwards from Sims3. No open world, no transportation, loading screens to go ANYWHERE, limited game play. The list goes on and on. I find it harder and harder to click that "Sims4" icon on my computer, just because there's more to DO in Sims3...
I seriously hope Sims5- IF it ever gets made- is better than this. Or at least comes with tuition to a local college in computer programming so we can fix the game ourselves, since they can't seem to program it right the first time...
I can't seem to get "in to" Sims4. After making my sim, building or editing a house or apartment (from the extremely limited selection), and playing for about an in-game week, I get extremely bored. There's just nothing to do. Want to go visit a neighbor? Wait for a load screen. Want to go to a venue? Wait for a load…
