I would personally like to thank everyone here who posted. Though I'm am still without the Sea Side Ride, I am hopeful that someday soon, they will release all the promotional content for download. (fingers crossed) (knock on wood)

Cool story. I like being charitable sometimes, but ummm... mind telling me what you did to download the packs without uninstalling the Base? I have a hard copy of the base and I don't want to risk somehow corrupting my saves or something weird. Also, if I do need to uninstall it, do I have to uninstall all the other packs…
