  • I am disappointed that the reputation system from Get Famous and the character values from parenthood are not included in the system, and that there is not a catagory for each occult (with vamoires and werewolves a single occult catagory would not work anymore). all of them seem to me to be obvious things to include in the…
  • While I agree that they souldn't be opposed, the way they have weighted the main traits in the system means that if you make your sim like both Ceribral and Idealist sims they get a net +2 for the each of the majort associated traits instead of 3, rather than canceling each other out. Which is still frustrating, but does…
  • Thanks for the list it is going to be extremely helpful for me as I am gradually giving most sims in my save a few personality likes and dislikes and had been finding that too many sims seemed to be getting high compatibility.
  • Some level of the Sim compatibility system should be basegame feature, as it has been in the older games. I think they are pretty fundamental to how the series has always worked. I agree about change tables as well. Infants should not be tied to an expansion to the degree that they have been with this pack.
  • I saw James Turner create a sim that hated every sim personality type and all the conversation topics and it does look like using disliked interactions and/or incompatible sim types makes using socials very unlikely to succeed, unless they are already friends. They will still play board and other social building games that…
  • I'm really glad to see that milestones are covering significant moments from other packs. That there are Paranormal Stuff milestones there makes me hopeful that most packs that make sense will be covered.
  • I just watched Plumbella's review and it sounds like the burnout system in particular will be something that impacts the way I tend to operate my households, especially when starting out and at university. I am curious with how it will work with the workaholic lifestyle from Snowy Escape. It was also very good to hear that…
  • I’m really hoping that these new systems will all manage to give us sims that seem to meaningfully diverse in their behaviour and interactions. If even half of them do, this will easily be the best pack for the game for me. I haven’t seen if the Conversation likes and dislikes effect the chances of what type socials a sim…
  • From the perspective of someone who has come back to playing regularly after spending very little time on it going back to when Paranormal Stuff was released, I am actually pretty happy with a lot of what they have been adding, if still frustrated that most packs have major issues with the systems they introduce when they…
  • I've seen a couple of crushes, but mostly it has been random sims asking to be best friends, regardless of if they actually know the sim or not. If you say yes it does not seem to improve the relationship as far as I can see. Have also had a few NPCs ask my teens to prom, all with a friend level relationship or better, but…
  • I havent worked out if there is a way to increase the number of students yet either. The most I have seen is 11, when the classroms have nine desks each. I think there is a limit of 20 sims on a lot at a time, which would mean that with the five staff 15 would be the most you could get if they disabled sims walking by. I…
  • I was a little surprised when that happened. I would have thought the could make the teens in the pack always turn up for school like the principle or the sages in the realm of magic.
  • I have specific sims I want to be there too. I think only 20 sims can be on a lot at a time and there are 5 school staff, so that means when you add the packs new teens a third of the teen sims in my game will be there in a school day at most. If they aren't picked at random, I'd like to know how to nudge the odds of those…
  • I tend to retain families from corrupted saves past and add them to the world when I start a new save I'll be playing as a main save. I counted and in my current save there are 42 teens, before you add the new packs ones. Have they said anything a out how the game decides who goes to school yet outside of the new npcs? Is…
  • Maybe I'm misunderstanding this, but some GCs have let's plays going at the moment. James Turner is doing one with just the base game + high school years. He mentioned that EA gave them 4 days access to create content do early reviews etc.
  • I think it will be accessable from all lots in the neighbourhood, like the shops in Tartosa or the events in Mt Komoribi and San Myshuno. The peir only has rabbit holes so it would not be difficult for them to do.
  • I would say I'm satisfied. The one big problem I have is to do with cross pack compatibility. Spellcasters and vampires can't use any of their powers on a rampaging werewolf, which kills off all sorts of potential fun and I'm struggling to work out why they decided to make it this way. Sure I'd be on board with them having…
  • That just reminded me it also tended to move foxes in with other households if you have cottage living when I tried it. So maybe romantic relationships where sims are moving in or out might be one area where the phone calls would work better than shuffling sims in and out of households if flaggin the right sims passively…
  • I have not gotten very far into a save with this yet, but I am generally impressed with the way they have implemented this. There is a lot of tweaking that you can do if you are inclined to do so or global settings, which is great. More options for major features is always welcome. I have most households on the same…
  • On starting a new game without mods the option was there once the relationships built up enough. So it is an issue with a mod.
  • Both are at 100% for several couples and none of them can propose.
  • I'd like to see it back too. Both for the record keeping and the bonuses.
  • All good ideas that would improve the game. I'd add that NPCs should be dressed from the Styled Looks pool of clothing and that we could have the ability to create/download Styled Looks. I'm so sick of having to go in and manually dress Townies that look like they have been dressed by a toddler.
  • More traits in CAS would be good. Some of the traits in CAS like vegitarian and lactose intolerent might be better in the likes and dislikes system now.
  • I like that idea of a cost to travel to different worlds. Adding a cost for neighbourhoods I'm not so keen on. Of course if it was an option, you could keep everyone happy.
  • 1. Being able to add our own styled looks and also download them from the gallary. 2. An option for all Townies to be dressed from the pool of styled looks. 3. An option for more perminant sentiments, in that they don't shift unless a significant effort is made, rather than just time decaing them. 4. Chemistry system. 5.…
  • I love cyberpunk or future/spaced themed content, as long as it is not locked down ala Batuu, so I would be 100% in for a pack like that. I liked Into the Furture, but I actually think that in this case the more limited world design of the Sims 4 might suit a pack of this sort. I don't believe I actually just typed that.…
  • The Bespoke and randomly generated townies should each have at least some likes and dislikes randomly generated. A household having some personality is not much good if all the other sims in the game are the same. I would much rather have Mortimer Goth like Tween Pop with Pink as his favourite colour than to have to go in…
  • It was one of the major bugs that made me take a break from playing, very, very happy its fixed.
