i'm pretty sure Maxis is scrambling to put together a showcase of new features. if they're able to show off open world and a few other cool features this year, even if its not done, its just a "look, we're planning on doing this! see what we have so far!" it could put eyes back on them while paradox releases their base…
we're getting bunkbeds for free, anyone that finds a way to complain is honestly just an exhausting person to be around. i dont expect much else besides bug fixes. a roadmap would be nice but not needed
some little things i enjoyed from other games: * couples snuggling in bed * sims looking out the windows * changing tables for diapers, diapers creating trash without a bin in the room * lounging on couches (seriously who sits up right like that watching tv?) * body hair for all sims things not done before:* facial hair…
i have a little house on the prairie savefile and i desperately want a farming pack. they got horses and chickens on their farm, and while i can somewhat recreate the crop aspect its not really the same without a bulk sell system or being able to buy more plots of land.
hopefully they will add the ability for them to ride bikes. when i think of bikes kids riding them immediately comes to mind. it would be nice to see toddlers use tricycles too.
i swap between vanilla and going ham on the mods and cc. i have a mixture of savefiles for that change in mood so i dont have a bunch of sims in their underwear when i remove it.
i do miss the let's plays, i think james turner is the only one continually doing them with his bigwallet family. the 100 baby challenge on buzzfeed is good too but she's not a gamechanger. its nice to put a long sequence of videos on and do something else while someone chatters and plays. love the lore that builds up over…
if they did nothing for such a huge milestone as 20 years then...yeah, doubt we get anything for the 21st. maybe a t-shirt. i say that everytime...maybe a t-shirt......
i hope so. i want babies to be a bit more lively. they're such a cute lifestage irl with lots of toys and seeing them crawl around n such. bouncy chairs....i so want bouncy chairs.
the team at maxis were all suprised that knitting won, several of them in charge of specifically said they were rooting for happy haunts and were shocked it didn't win. a high percentage of people like knitting and arts and crafts. its not a grand conspiracy, more people play the game differently than you.
they specifically said that only one or two things from the theme would make it into the stuff pack. that is why they made everyone rank the ideas while voting. that is on you for not reading or understanding, because they were upfront about it.
yeah, im hoping they update the retail system. the "what choice! what value!" popup seriously needs to be randomized with more varied sayings. being able to open it while not there. and hell...can i please use the cash register? i dont wanna walk to the customer, the customer should get in line and purchase what they want…
AirBnb is destroying the rental market, I'd suggest not using them anymore. Stay in hotels. Keep apartments and homes available for people who need a place to live instead of having empty homes purchased just to rent out for a day or two to strangers. Anyways, I want a resort and hotel because an AirBnb doesn't give me the…
this is just awful, in my head resorts and cabins mesh with snowy worlds. ski resorts anyone??? how are they justifying making us pay 40 bucks for the japanese version of jungle adventure
